As a real estate broker with two decades in the industry, I’ve tried countless lead generation platforms. This service is a game-changer. Their $75 flat-fee model per lead is incredibly fair, especially since there are no back-end commission splits. More importantly, the lead quality is high—these are motivated sellers, not just random clicks. It has provided a significant boost to my listing inventory and my bottom line.

Everything is great. Good communication and I have received some solid leads.

On my initial phone call with Estately. I detected a strong degree of sincerity and honest-to-goodness caring. I decided to come onboard and started buying leads, and as a matter of fact, I closed my very first lead, they gave me in 14 days. I don't wanna blow smoke and make anybody considering coming onboard to think that every single lead is a closer because it's not. Seriously, though, I believe that the professionals at estately really do care. And if you're unhappy, they will bend over backward, until you are. I can honestly say I have never worked with a finer bunch off the internet in the lead business in my 30 year career. These guys are the bomb.

At first, I was pretty skeptical of what this was. I'm a newer agent, and I don't want to be caught up with shiny objects. I've gotten 11 leads, and two of them have been pretty darn good. The two leads are $700k and $1.6m.Hopefully they pan out well for me. The website is a little interesting to use, but their support has been darn good.

Great leads, made hit a listing on my first one

Stay away from Prime Listing Leads formally Estately. The leads are garbage. Leads don't respond to calls. No emails. Prime claims they will replace bad leads. That is a miss and hit. I cancelled and they still sent and charged me for leads. Matthew then promised to give me 4 leads for free and again they charged me. I complained about it and they closed my acct. I asked for a refund and they don't respond. The leads are not screened. Bad phone numbers and the few leads I spoke to claim they never asked to be contacted. A complete waste of money. 8/4/2026 How long did it take you all to respond to this complaint? The truth is the truth. I have no reason to make any of this up. Zero ROI. The worst of the worst leads. Something is really wrong with your lead program. So sad.

They spam texts every month and refuse to stop. I haven't worked in real estate for two years STILL get texts from them. I hate this company with a passion.

This company overpromises and underdelivers. They guarantee replacement leads if those initially sent are bad. And boy, are they atrociously poor!! To me, a total scam, because they keep billing you $75 even though they were supposed to replace the bad leads. They do not do that at all! Total scam, avoid them at all costs! Lastly, when I complained to Walter Henning, I think the owner of my account or my account person, he never replaced the bad leads and he just canceled my account. I have already discussed this with our credit card company to have all their charges reversed and our money refunded. The absolute worst lead gen company that I have ever experienced!!!

I’ve been working with Prime Listing Leads for over two years now. They consistently deliver homeowners who have raised their hand and expressed an interest in selling. Like any lead source, your success as an agent ultimately comes down to strong follow up, building rapport and providing real value to the seller. I’ve listed and closed several transactions from the leads they’ve provided, totaling over $100,000 in GCI. If you’re willing to put in the work, the results will follow.

highly recommend, best value for money. They say they convert at 1/12 but ive had 2 deals from 8 leads so far.

The leads SUCK. all the sellers think I am a buyer willing to pay top dollar for their home. Not one of the 30 leads I received thought I was a real estate agent looking to list the home for sale. COMPLETE FRAUD!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They say that they vet leads. They do not. They give owners the impression that they will be contacted by an agent who has a buyer for their home. They misrepresent the agents objective, waste your time and money which they do not refund.

Fraudulent business practices. Once they have your credit card they will charge you unauthorized charges for the leads that you did not request. Even though you told them to pause or put your account on hold, they will still charge you. Arrogant and unprofessional, they will tell you that you asked for the leads.

The absolute worst lead company. DO NOT use them; they overpromise and underdeliver what they say. absolutely worthless. Got 3 leads, totally trash, nonresponsive, not even a potential conversation with leads. 2 of which I paid for, they charged me for a 3rd one, which I didn't authorize; they wouldn't give me a refund for it. So such a waste of money, absolutely the WORST; one guy didn't even know who or what I was reaching out about. is fake leads, trash. such a waste of my $$$$

Your lame long reply to my review is ridiculous. If you believe in your product you shouldn't be so eager to explain the way you do business, which is still trash leads. You have NOT replace my leads that I paid for, craeted a whole other mess to login and new leads are not reflecting on my account so yes, you stole my $$$ super shady business. Specifically after I've emailed and text several times about the replacement leads being issued.

This is real estate leads company that incessantly texts and calls about $75 listing leads. They contact from dozens of different numbers and despite being asked to stop over and over, they just keep coming. I told them I was interested to get someone on the phone, they called me 3x in a row. When I answered and ask to be removed, he hung up on me. I tried calling back and its a spoofed number. It looks like they are based in the UK.
