The customer service is remarkable and they gave me a lead in the town I wanted on the first day! It was a great business opportunity, I am so glad my team and I are involved.

I have gotten a few leads from Prime, with no deals closed yet. A few of the leads have been junk – other realtors, people looking for an instant cash buyer rather than an agent, or even people who told the outreach assistant "no." However, their customer service team has been very responsive with issuing credits, improving their outreach assistant's programming, and I do have a few warm leads that I have connected with. Overall, compared to other lead generation services, I would say you get what you pay for. Relatively low commitment, no percentage-based referral fee, and a responsive customer service team has kept me around to continue trying their services.

I just went through onboarding with Primelistingleads last week and I've already received several leads in my neighborhood. I'm very excited to help these folks sell as I know this area very well. Their customer service has been spectacular and I highly recommend Primelistingleads due to their service and the reasonable cost and quality of leads.

So far it's been a pleasant experience working with the folks from Prime Listing Leads. They're quick to refund leads that are in fact not qualified, so I'm happy there's no push back in that regard.

I've done a handful of walkthroughs and have several opps in the pipeline for 2027. I lost 2 that were slated for this year because 1 went with competition ($1.8 mil) and the other just slipped out of my hands and into a private sale to a neighbor who approached my seller. - So I'm close and there's proof that these leads are making moves

I appreciate the 2x/month training they offer, too. The trainers can help you dial in your technique and approach. All in all, I'm hopeful and pleased with Prime and am convinced I will convert to closings. One walkthrough I conducted was for a $2-$3 million property, so it's my job to close it now,. Prime has opened the door. Thanks guys

I love the interface of prime listing leads. It is very simple and they have amazing sales team who help you behind the scenes of these leads. I am new client and my business is new too but the way they helped me it seems as if I am their only client. one of the lead had to return back because he held his own real estate company. I was able to exchange old lead for a new one within days. The excellence of serving is at heart of prime listing leads.

So far so good. Everything happening as was promised. I’m only a few weeks in and two responses so far.

My experience has been mixed as of today. However. my recent leads have increased tremendously and quality from the first ones that were sent to me. I feel it is important to follow the parameters of what I will accept as a good lead. This will enhance our joint experience to a successful business. My hat is off to Sky who has recently delivered what I have requested. Good job Sky!

A lot of good leads. The owner does want to sell. A lot of owners does. It is better than a lot of other leads company.

The support team is very responsive and answers my questions right away. They have consistently delivered quality leads and have been quick to offer additional ways to grow my business.

The gentleman who I speak with is great! He does a wonderful job of checking in and getting updated with the leads given.

I was solicited as a real estate agent and sold a "pre-screened, pre-qualified, soft transition" seller leads. Leads are random people, numbers, and most are not propery owners. One was a listing agent with the listing. They will not refund you. Instead they will keep sending replacement leads of the same. Random info they find on the web. They do not inform you of this. They only reitterate that you can cancel at any time and completely avoid the no-refund "policy". Also, begain emailing my personal email that was never provided to them at anytime. Also, if you attempt to dispute they will attempt to intimidate and use phrases about recorded phone calls protecting themselves. This is a complete waste of time and money that will lead to nothing. I'm convinced that all of their testimonials are fabricated. I've had to take my time and report this to the BBB and dispute with my bank. If you attempt to use this company please protect yourself with recording the phone calls, zooms, and each and every correspondense with them and the so called leads.

A lot of empty promises. Since hiring them early in the year, I have not received any viable leads. They don't provide a customer service phone number and when I call the toll free number that they call me from, no one answers. I have informed they several times that I have not received a viable lead, as they promised I would, yet they automatically billed me over $500.00. When I called for a refund, I got a standard speech, but have yet to receive my refund.

Love that you can have as many or as few leads as you like. You can turn them off as needed as well if you go on vacation

I was impressed with how quickly the Prime Agent team was able to provide me with high-quality seller leads, especially since several other marketing vendors I’ve worked with were unable to find leads in my market. We are in a smaller, rural but vacation market, so the market volume is lower than major metro areas and can be difficult to prospect in. The Prime Agent team was able to identify and produce two qualified leads Within the first 24 hours of signing up for their service and more leads are coming. I highly recommend them.

I am truly on the fence regarding Prime Listing Leads as to where they are getting the leads. I can't even tell whether these leads are true listing leads. The so called vetted leads are dead on arrival, they do not respond. The leads I received and bought do not respond to phone calls, text, email if provided, postcards or letters. I gave 2 stars since I did contact 2 leads. First one just wanted me to bring them a buyer, did not want to list, the 2nd one was mad as hell stating that PLL said we had buyers and basically had no interest in selling or listing unless someone was willing to pay several 100's of thousands more that the home was worth, these are not vetted leads. The leads are not expensive at $75 a lead, however, that adds up fast!

All of the leads I received were very high quality. Out of my 1st 15 leads I listed 1 property, had several listing appointments, and have several warm/hot leads. Any leads that came through with inaccurate/invalid information were promptly replaced. Of all of the leads services I’ve used, this is by far the best.

1 of the first four leads I received was viable and I have set a listing appt! Pretty decent yield! Thank you!

purchased your service(PRIME LISTING LEADS) with the understanding that I would receive legitimate, properly vetted listing opportunities. Based on the leads provided, I do not believe the service delivered matched those representations.
The first lead was not willing to work with a real estate agent or pay a commission, and the second lead was unresponsive despite multiple contact attempts. As a result, I have not received the qualified listing opportunities that were advertised.
I am requesting a full refund and am not interested in additional replacement leads, re-engagement campaigns, or further delays.
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will pursue other available options, including filing a dispute with my financial institution and sharing my experience through factual reviews on public platforms so other real estate professionals can make informed decisions.
Please confirm in writing whether my refund is being processed.
