I was skeptical at first. I’ve thought about doing realtor or Zillow leads and just did not feel good about it. After doing research I decided to give this a try and purchased two leads to start out. To my surprise both answered the phones and were actually interested in selling their homes. I had an apt with one today and supposed to meet with the other lead soon. I definitely recommend you give this a try! I will be purchasing more leads!

Shame on me...I have used other lead generation services before, all of which have never lived up to their promises and Prime Listing Leads is no different. I received a text from someone promising hot listing leads, so I scheduled because I was feeling open minded. Shame on me, I fell for the dazzle and had the wool pulled over my eyes once again. I committed to one lead for $75 as I expressed how skeptical I was that these would actually be of any quality. Sure enough, my gut was right. The very first lead I received was just like all the rest of the mislead, low quality, trash that these companies dupe to sell leads. The message I received from Prime Listing Leads was: "Interested in discussing selling opportunities and requested a call tomorrow to explore potential next steps. Enthusiastic and not contracted with an agent." however, when I called, he was confused then annoyed as he claimed he was told I wanted to talk with him because I have buyers who want his house and that I needed to ask a few questions about the home. He then hung up...My strong advisement to anyone entertaining the idea of paying this company for leads is, DON'T. You will be more successful hosting open houses for other local agents if you don't have any listings yourself and can get free prospects that are more qualified than these. Don't make the same foolish mistake I did. So not worth it.

Easy to work with. They do exactly what they say they will and adjust to what is asked for.

Immediately upon the initial phone contact I had with the prime listing leads account manager Sky Davis was very professional and seem to understand exactly what experienced Real Estate Agents like myself needed in a lead generating service that would provide their clients with currently and professionally vetted leads that had clients who were not only were expecting my calls, but were happy to allow me to have a reasonable chance to earn thwie future business. When some of the leads did not initailly pan out, the response of quickly providing me with a replacement lead took place. Most of the leads I've been provided have obviously been professionally vetted and screened. The leads that I was able to reach by phone which is about w out of 3, seem to genuinely need help from a experience professional realtor like myself at some point in the near distant futures, and I feel good that at some point, these leads will pan out and convert into listings and eventually some
deals. Most of the leads that I have been given so far are quality leads in the local area that are a price point that is very promising. I will continue to follow through with this company even though I've only been working with them for about a month but I am confident that some of them will convert into deals, which makes me feel very happy about this service. The cost for the leads also seems very reasonable. I will refer this service to other agents I know living out of the area.

I just closed my first deal with a Prime Leads lead. I have more warm to hot leads I am in conversation with. The communication from Prime Leads has been good and they have replaced leads that were already with another or not in the market.

I've been using Prime Listing Leads for a few months and have been very pleased with the experience so far. Their platform is easy to use, straightforward, and makes it simple to manage incoming leads. What has stood out most is their excellent customer service—they are always responsive, helpful, and quick to answer any questions I have.

They are unbelievably rude...and lied! I had the typical sales call from an ISA who insisted that this company was different than all the other companies that over promise and never deliver anything. I voiced my concerns but agreed to a sales call. Mario Lome called me at our scheduled time. Started out all smiles and promises. I stopped him at the first lie (that they use title companies in our area to generate leads....we are a non disclosure state so that is incorrect information). I suggested we tackle my concerns instead of finishing up his script....Come to find out they are NOT different from the other companies and while they don't have a contract (which in my opinion is a protection for the consumer as well as the company) it still takes 24 hours to cancel anything in which time they can send over 100 leads if they wanted to at $75 a pop. This has been my problem with other companies who use the same sales tactic for getting paid per lead. There is zero protection (which the ISA insisted they had in place and that was what made them different). Mario, upon hearing that this was my concern, hung up on me mid sentence. Glad I found out before trying to work with this company how they treat their clients!

Got 3 "leads". All garbage. Two of them are not even home owners and one was a realtor in another state that was one of those guys that report other agents. I asked to have them replaced... nothing yet. They are quick to charge your credit card and will provide fake leads, but wont replace them with real qualified leads. Company is not a US based company so you will have a hard time suing them. Wish I read the reviews here before allowing them to fool me.

Do not trust these folks. They make lots of promises and the leads will literally tell you if you can get a hold of them. One lead Prime listing leads charged me for literally had in their own notes they put in, that the lead didn't want to be contacted. But they charged me for it anyway. Not one lead they sent was a legitimate lead. They offered me free leads if I gave them a five star review. I think this is the only way they are getting good reviews. People just because they offer free "leads" if you give them a high score you shouldn't do it. I don't give high scores for free. You get stars from me if you do what you have said you will do.

Very simple and easy to use system. Texts come through with all of the information and it is easy to see the details and understand the lead. Due to the verification process, contact information is accurate. Support is easy to communicate with and very responsive. I highly recommend trying it yourself, you'll be happy you did!

This company is a fraud. They use bait and switch tactics to entice real estate agents to pay for leads. They call random home owners and tell them that their partner agent has buyers for their home. The agent calls and the home owner gets angry becasue the agent doesn't actually have a buyer and the agent thinks they are calling a homeowner looking to sell. Complete unethical and makes the agent look like a liar.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Lies - all lies. Every lead I received wants 2 Mil for. $500k home and when I could actually talk the them they are inundated with solicitors like Prime Listing Leads cold calling and texting. This has been the worst batch of leads I’ve ever seen. It’s a complete waste of time, energy, and money.

Everyone knows that a lead is just a lead and what’s more important is how you convert them, but I do like how this company obtains a good amount of information upfront and if there’s ever an issue with the lead being non-responsive or their response is not matching what was said in the intake, they are replaced. I will say, of the lead companies I have worked with, their customer service is excellent.

I have used many different lead sources over my years in real estate and this source has produced the most true leads out of any of the other ones prior. Also, the staff is friendly and open to answering questions that you may have while learning how to use their system.

I cancelled my account and now I am receiving harassing messages!!
Do not use this company!!

Scammers , I signed up for 1 lead per week got hit with 4 charges for 4 leads the first 2 weeks when leads weren't responding , i paused my account so i won't get charged again while leads get either replaced or re-engaged per PLL promise to re-engage or replace leads, PLL did not do anything for more than 2 months, when I reached out they charged me again even when I never resumed my account nor authorized the charge, i had to report the transaction to my CC company for fraud and get the card closed , stay away NOT REAL LEAD COMPANY

I’m very happy with Prime listing Leads. They are really a good team. They deliver. They’re always there for you and they replace your Leads. If they’re not good ones. I steongly recomend them.
