This is really exiting. I really was doubting about this program, but they are real Leads and the seller in the other line knows that I will call . I just began this program and I know I will have a nice listing soon, I just began and I got 3 leads and I will have at least 1 listing for sure. I will let you know soon. I’m so happy.

I do not leave reviews often, but this experience has been ongoing enough that I think it is worth sharing for other agents.

As a real estate professional, I am used to being contacted by vendors. That is normal. What is not normal is the level of persistence I have experienced with Prime Listing Leads. I have received repeated calls and messages over time from different phone numbers. After clearly and politely stating that I am not interested, the outreach did not stop. Instead, it continued from new numbers, which made it feel like my request was simply being ignored.

At a certain point, this stops feeling like standard marketing and starts feeling intrusive. Respecting a direct response, especially a clear no, should be a basic part of any company’s communication process. When that does not happen, it raises concerns about how the company approaches customer relationships overall.

From a customer service standpoint, this is where the experience breaks down. There does not appear to be a system in place to remove or honor a request to stop contact, which creates unnecessary frustration and wastes time. For professionals who are busy and value efficiency, that matters.

I would strongly encourage the company to take a closer look at how they manage outreach and follow up. A more respectful and targeted approach would likely improve both their reputation and the quality of their conversations.

For anyone considering working with them, just be aware of how persistent the contact may be and decide if that aligns with how you prefer to do business.

I have enjoyed working with them as they are quick to respond and have actual people who connect, respond and work together with you. I feel the leads have been engaged and have already 1 listing under contract from them!

Overall, it’s been a very positive experience and their communication is top notch! I especially like the text communication and reminders.

This lead generation program is easy to follow and gives you workable leads. The info they send you on each lead is very specific so you know what to say when you make your follow up call.

For one...people often answer when I call them...that is actually rare. They usually are about to list or buy and don't have a realtor. I think if I worked this harder I can get more listings. I am close on two already!

Prime Listing has been very responsive and efficient in answering all of my questions. I’ve been actively monitoring and nurturing the leads they’ve sent over, and I understand that these opportunities don’t convert overnight. That said, the quality has been solid, real people with valid contact information, not like some of the leads you typically see from platforms like Zillow.

The on boarding has been smooth. The scripts are great and give you the exact language and tools to secure the listing. You just have to take action.

I have tried relentlessly and tenaciously to find the right lead gen system and failed. Prime came to me randomly, and it was a breath of fresh air and got to speak with a whole bunch of the leads that came in directly. Listen, you cant win them all, and its ok as agents, but the ones provided were real people, ready to sell or buy.
I am overly happy to write this review. This was perfect and exactly what I needed at the right time in my career.

The leads appear to come primarily from cold texting homeowners, which results in extremely low intent. Although I’ve had a few appointments, the vast majority require long-term follow-up and nurturing rather than being truly sales-ready. While the cost per lead may seem attractive, the quality reflects the low price. In my experience, this is very much a “you get what you pay for” service.

Wow, I just read a report that somebody gave this people a five stars. I’ve got nine leads with nine people that have no clue what the hell I’m talking about. I even went to their house and introduced myself as a person that they’re my VA contacted them and told me to get a hold of them. They had no clue what I was talking about today. I even went to somebody’s house on a supposed listing appointment unfortunately the phone number they gave me I guess the guy just continued to play with me because he said he would meet me at 5 o’clock at the address. Well, I went there. Talk to the owners and he says that’s not even my phone number. I’ve spent $525 supposedly on this company. I’ve gotten one guy that said that they might sell their house because he’s getting a divorce and according to them it was free set up and $75 per Lead and a refund if it was not correct so I’ve gotten five leads but for some reason I’ve been charged not 375 but 525 so I asked them to explain that payment

Great opportunity for quality leads. They confirm with you the leads' name, address and contact information. I have never received fake information.

Good leads takes some following up but that’s how it always is in this business.

Charles is very motivated to make sure his clients get the right leads, in the right zip code! He always is willing to make it right whenever there is an error on a lead. Every lead I’ve gotten has been quality & responsive.

I haven’t successfully converted a single lead yet but I guess I would say I’m hopeful. Takes time.
