I joined with them in June this year because I got a lot of promises about leads been vetted and ready to move forward when the lead is sent to me. I have not received one viable lead since then. I reached out to them in July and was asked to complete a spreadsheet of the leads that I received. I did and have not heard from anyone. What I don't like is that they do not have a phone number on their site and do not provide a phone number in any of the emails. Today at 8;30am I asked for a phone number and later asked for someone to call me. So far, crickets. I have NOT received any leads since July 8, 2026. NOT ONE

My experience so far has been great. Good communication from reps and leads are pretty consistent.

Fraud company. They charge you $75 every lead they send you. The leads are all bad. They sent me 5. Out of 5 none of them were real leads. They steal your money. Beware!

Absolutely terrible, they didn't want to refund the money they took out of my account, and I didn't receive anything from them, I sending a complaint of this company to the New York State Attorney General.

I have found the leads from Prime listing leads to be an overall good experience. Some leads are people who are unrealistic about property values, but that happens.
It is important to take advantage of the follow-up scripts they provide for best results. I had some listings that I missed out on, but the experience showed me two things:
1) Be more persistent
2) The leads were obviously real if they signed, even though someone else got the listing. (Win some, lose some)

There are certainly leads I received that are still in process, 2025 and 2026 have been slow moving years.

Lead didn't know where the person got the idea he was interested in listing property. Said he isn't interested in selling

I am very impressed with the quickness of getting the leads. I have only been receiving leads since August 7th and have 2 listing appointments. And am nurturing 5 others who are wanting to sell later in the year... still trying to contact 4 and I had 2 that needed replacements cause they were already with another agent. This is all within 12 days. Pretty good rate.

PLL is a good source for potential listing leads. The team is very responsive whenever I've had a question or concern. The leads seem to be vetted reasonably well with a few just looking for a market value. But overall a reasonably affordable lead source.

I need to get back into the training so that’s on me. I have a very small market and have received good leads. I did get two leads that were not really sellers and I was credited for those immediately

After my first order over the past two weeks, I have three listing appointments. That's a 20% appointment set rate. I'm definitely coming back for more listings!

I have only been working with Prime leads for a couple of days now, but so far I am impressed! They sent me 3 leads today and they look good so far. Communication has been professional and excellent!

Prime Listing Leads is very professional and good at finding good leads. If you have a question or concern, Prime is quick to respond.

I was skeptical at first…. But the first two leads out of 8 one actually seems to be going somewhere. And I still have 7 more leads waiting to be sent to me. Seems to be well worth the cost.
