The food really does taste amazing even from frozen tbh I wasn't expecting it to be for me this was just something to fill my calories without me doing any work but the taste of everything I've eaten is excellent.

Everything is great and spot on
Everything is great and spot on! Ash goes over and beyond as has a really quick turn around on emails. Communication, product packaging, taste and contents is 5stars! Couldn’t ask for anything else. I tried a 7 meal tester and I will be putting in regular larger orders moving forward.

Horrible company !!!!!!!
Horrible company ! Lost out on 21 meals £165 I spent and left with no food all week and no money to buy more food , ash continued to lie on the phone to my face and when I asked for proof he couldn’t provide ! The meals where left behind my bins for days in warm weather cause he delivered them early without letting anyone know , I am in the army and wasn’t at the address he lied and said I confirmed the delivery when I didn’t ! The delivery date I got told was Tuesday by DHL so I took the day off work , and they’ve decided to delivery early on the Sunday by there own means , leaving me hungry all week will out of date stinking meal preps

Hello again Jamie,
You ordered, and as it was bank holiday we were unable to ship until later due to couriers not working over bank holiday. As you needed the meals sooner, I agreed to drop these off myself even though it wasn’t local and was a 40 mile round trip. I emailed you the arrangements (even though you called me a liar, I was able to send you proof of the email) AND I spoke to you. You confirmed this was great and was happy.
Again - why would I inconvenience myself here? (Hint - I wouldn't spend my bank holiday on a 40 mile round trip for nothing - nobody would).
As arranged, I dropped these off as a favour on Sunday. When I arrived I knocked twice – no answer. I called you (you had no reception). I therefore text and said id left the meals behind the bin in a foil liner with ice. There was no where else I could have left these outside your property.
The following day - 24 hours after I had left them you were then not happy as YOU hadn’t picked the message up. I explained there was literally nothing else I could have done at which point you started shouting down the phone at me.
Im sorry you are not happy. I'm sorry that the meals were wasted. If we were at fault here then of course we would have remade them. I have considered whether I could have climbed through your window to put them in the fridge for you? Send a pigeon with a message? Wait 24 hours for you to return? However I’m happy and satisfied with everything I did. (Joking aside these suggestions are the only other things I could have done).
I'm 100% sure the readers will agree what we have done is actually an opportunity to show how we treat our customers and the lengths we take to ensure they are happy.
Spending your afternoon leaving reviews on every platform you can find isn't the best way of spending a bank holiday and I hope you will be able to understand, once the dust settles and the anger goes that this really wasn't Prep UK's error here.

Would highly recommend
Great customer service, had an issue with DHL and the manager went out of his way to get this resolved as fast as possible. When I finally received my food, it was exactly what I hoped it would be. Tasted great, well presented, and came in a well-insulated box, packed in ice to keep both safe and fresh through transit. Thanks very much!

Great meal prep!
Have ordered from PrepUK a few times now and honestly each time has been great. The meals they provide are very nutritional and taste amazing (personally my favourites are the authentic chicken curry, signature chicken drumsticks and jerk chicken, but they're all really nice). You can tell that the meals are hand made with care, which is very refreshing in this day and age.
I've never experienced any issue which required me to contact the customer services but from what I can see and have heard the customer service is very proactive and they will do everything they can to help resolve any issue you may face.
The only note I can make really is that the last delivery I had was 1 day late and wasn't delivered in the 1 hour time slot I was provided (was delivered about 5 hours after!) but this isn't really any fault of PrepUK more so the courier (DHL), but just wanted to note this on here.
Overall would very much recommend PrepUK for people who maybe don't have the time to cook for themselves, or for anyone who just wants an easy way of tracking your macros for meals.

Highly recommend, great service & food
Myself and my partner are a couple of weeks in to a monthly bundle with prep. The staff are really friendly and super helpful. They respond very quickly to any queries you have. They provide a slick service and their deliveries are organised and on time. The food is really tasty too, isn’t bland like some of the meal preps I have had before from other companies. It’s great that they have a variety to choose from too. Highly recommend. We will we ordering our 2nd month soon.

Honest review
I’ve tried a lot of different prep companies but have to say by far this is the best food I’ve tasted. It’s a little bit for expensive than others but to be honest it’s worth the slight higher price as the food ans the Macros is perfect. Would recommend even my 14 year old likes them so I’ve gone from the 14 meals to the 21 meal option

Hi! Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I have checked the length of time it took to deliver your parcel. You ordered one hour short of Tuesday 3rd Jan. This was then delivered to you on Friday 6th.
As a business, we have to buy the ingredients, prep, cook and send the meals (sending the meals is a 24 hour process alone as we send them to arrive the next day).
We cook 3x a week (other prep companies cook 2x a week) to be able to be more responsive.
I am sorry you feel you were kept waiting for your food however we dont feel that to do this process in 4 days is an unreasonable time to wait.
Excellent handling of incident
I requested using dhl service point for my meals when I saw the delivery notification, and that caused one day delay. The team has updated the process to ensure customers are aware in advance about possible delays that may have an impact on the food. Very responsive,efficient, good portion, and tasty meals.
Ash and the team ensured that my queries and concerns were satisfied in a timely manner.
I'll definitely continue ordering from them.

Hi Great service, lovely food. my favourite is the spag bol real kick to it. great when your craving that pasta. The chicken sausage and mash was lovely, however i thought there would be some additional added vegetables to it. Still all brilliant. Hope the healthy eating reflects on my weight loss journey.
