Foodery Omdömen

I'm very satisfied with Foodery and really appreciate the service they provide.
As someone living on my own, preparing healthy, quality meals every day can be quite challenging and time consuming. My life much easier by delivering good quality halal meals straight to my door that are quick and easy to prepare.
It saves me valuable time and helps me maintain a better food routine without the stress of cooking everything myself. I'm genuinely happy with the service and glad.
Keep up the great work! 😊

I honestly have to say switching from simmer to foodery was the best thing I’ve done. Although simmer told me the meat they supplied was halal the certificate they showed me was under another companies name perhaps the meat provider. However I wasn’t satisfied and it kept playing on my mind. It was then that i came across foodery who were advertising that they were HMC registered and whilst they were a little more expensive I have to be honest it was a no brainer as the HMC halal was important. However, I was pleasantly surprised when my first order arrived the meals are better quality taste great and presented really well. I hope it stays like that. I guess the only thing I could say Is that the chicken pieces in the peri peri rice were a little dry and made it hard to finish. But overall really good

Food is incredibly delicious. Moreover, it is healthy - no preservatives or additives, high protein with macros written on each meal. It is super convenient and has really helped me as a student during exams. I can warm up the meals within 3 mins in the microwave, which saves me so much time. This has made my exam season so much easier compared to previous ones, and I am not spending so much time cooking but still meeting my diet goals.

Amazing fresh food and so delicious and on top of that the service is great! Thank you Azam and Abbas !

Love the food. Fresh and good quality. I would just like a bit more of a variety to choose from week to week.

Great service , variety of cuisine, good portion, decent price.

Okay taste but mot enough variety

The food is so nice and the quality and care that goes into the food is impressive. The options are good too. I have a busy lifestyle and it can be hard to make dinner for myself so foodery has been an amazing help.

Tried them for the first time. No errors in the meal order, got the large portion which was very generous and therefore value for money. Used the 40% discount coupon they offered at the halal food festival, making it even better value.
They use recyclable containers which make it environmentally friendly too. A wide variety of dishes in offer so hopefully there’s something for everyone! Really happy to have discovered foodery and would highly recommended them! Good to know it’s HMC, would love to have more organic, and/or antibiotic free meats etc.

Fresh and tasty meals. Good quantity and worth the price.

The best tasting halal meal prep I’ve ever had. The hyderbadi lamb biryani and Hakka chicken noodles are my fav

My brother Abdull was one of the managers in this company and he started from scratch I am so proud of how well this company was doing and still am but sadly Abdull passed away july 10 2026 I miss him more then I could ever say he meant the world to me and I love how his dreams came true this company is the best I love the people who work here and keep working hard every day I would highly recommend please for Abdull get foodery

The food is high quality and delicious, I couldn’t be happier with it for the convenience it’s given me

All the meals are so nice. I am very impressed with the taste, quality and variety!!!

Intro/Context:
- First time for me doing meal prep or eating healthy (always relied on mum's cooking and curries)
- No idea on how calories, proteins, fats etc. worked and wanted to track that better
- Looked around to competitors but had been disheartened from reviews and other vendors not being fully halal

Pros:
- Saves a lot of time and beginner friendly for someone like me
- Good variety of dishes (stick with the cuisines or dishes you like, but gives you room to experiment)
- Good portion sizes for what you're trying to achieve (regular vs large)
- VERY easy to cancel, change or adjust your plan
- Fully halal and certified!
- Packed very well and delievered safely and food was refrigerated well with their ice packs
- Believe in the founders vision and service backs it up
- Everything is well labelled and clear + concise on the packaging and is also very sustainable (well done guys on this!)

Cons:
- Costly (intro offer is good but goes by very quickly) though can see the vision for busy professionals that are REALLY BUSY and truly have no time to cook
- Like every other vendor in this space, they SPAM you with emails (doesn't affect the food as the main thing so still a 5* for me and you can of course unsubscribe)
- Wish there was a lean option like with other vendors but this could be on the roadmap for them that I don't know about (would be perfect for those who want large portions but more protein aka for myself and my goals)

Conclusion/Verdict:
- Definitely worth the buy for those getting into this world like me and not sure where to start (the high cost is worth stomaching)
- Will be worth following them to see what they introduce for the future, keeping up with them on socials as they are trying to introduce new dishes, updates etc. (in my opinion it's worth backing them long-term and even short-term)
- Would start with Foodery over others if fully halal is a big priority for you

HONESTLY cant fault always friendly staff and food is amazing and healthy no guilt trip. Started with 6 meals and now can go up maybe 12 or more.

Also introducing new meals quite often, which is bonus.!

Straightforward

Top food very good taste very good customer service I'm very happy with the service
