Genuinely a really good experience. We have tried other meal prep companies, and everything from Fuel Hub exceeded the rest. The packaging, the delivery, the quality of the meals. IF COUNTING MACRO’s & CALORIES = BEWARE
Serious concerns about ingredient transparency and nutritional accuracy – trust completely lost
I am upset and disappointed by my experience with Fuel Hub.
On 14 October 2026, I contacted the company with what I considered to be a straightforward question about the ingredients in its meals, specifically whether additional oils or fats are used during cooking and the full ingredients of the mint sauce accompanying its lamb dish.
More than two weeks have passed, and despite having chased the company three times, I still have not received a satisfactory answer.
I find this extraordinary. How can a company selling prepared meals be unable to clearly tell its customers exactly what ingredients are used in its own products?
I was informed that the Technical Manager was absent, but I do not consider staff absence an acceptable explanation for such a prolonged delay. Surely a food company should have accurate and readily accessible information about the ingredients in the meals it manufactures and sells, regardless of whether a particular employee is available.
My concerns are compounded by the fact that the ingredient information on the packaging itself remains unclear. This raises further questions about transparency and the completeness of the information being provided to customers.
I am now also questioning the accuracy of the advertised nutritional information, particularly the calorie and fat content. For example, Fuel Hub advertises its Minted Lamb Rump meal as containing just 523 calories and 10g of fat for a 455g portion. These figures may well be accurate, but when the company cannot clearly explain what ingredients and cooking fats are used, how can customers have confidence in the nutritional figures?
Are the advertised macros genuinely accurate? Are all ingredients and cooking fats properly accounted for? I am not suggesting that the figures are necessarily incorrect, but the lack of transparency has given me serious reason to question information I previously trusted.
What makes this particularly disappointing is that I should not have to chase a food company repeatedly for basic information about what I am eating.
I consider it a significant red flag when a company appears unable to provide clear answers about its own products after more than two weeks and multiple follow-ups.
My trust in Fuel Hub has been seriously undermined. Until the company can provide clear, complete and credible answers about its ingredients and nutritional information, I would struggle to recommend it to others. A real pity and shame.
I am also concerned about the quantity of additional oil used in their meals. There is no transparency so it’s impossible to tell how much additional oils are used. When cooking the fries/wedges there is at least 2 tablespoons of oil seeping from them after. They are noticeably oily. I wish I could add images.

I ordered six meals
I orderedsix meals.
I had three that were very good taste wise, the other three were above average from what you’d ever get in a supermarket but weren’t overly tasty, but based on 50% being very good taste wise and all the portions are of good size so far, I will continue to use them. And try some of their other recipes.

I was so close to not leaving a review…
I was so close to not leaving a review but I decided to leave a review as I run my own business and I would appreciate it when people leave reviews even if they’re not positive so a few hobs is quite efficient. Liver things quickly tastes consistent however the taste is consistently poor The meat especially the chicken is the most cases poor seasoning poor taste I think it’s because chicken breast to be honest is quite hard to marinate and use a lot of chicken breast as opposed chicken thighs which probably would taste a lot easier and a lot easier to marinate a lot of the food is poor as in my view like I just don’t really like it as much as Thrive which they focus a lot on flavour but there’s very very little focus on flavour from what I can see with regards to fuel up so I’ve subscribed but for now, yeah, unsubscribe

High quality meals from a wide ranging menu.
I have been a regular weekly customer of FuelHub for over a year now. The menu is wide ranging and I have no problems in selecting meals which suit my requirements. I am a hybrid fitness athlete and good quality meals is a main priority for my fitness programme. Ordering is a simple process and delivery is always completed on time.

Love the meals I do a 2pm shift in work…
Love the meals I do a 2pm shift in work till finish so when I do first job come back pop fuel hub in the microwave cooked nice and hot really tasty will definitely getting them again in the next week or two I do long shifts so having a healthy breakfast in morning followed by fruit then fuel hub in the evening cant fault it going to try some different dishes but the first ones I had was quality keep up the good work
