Bed delivery postponed for 2 days on the initial delivery date.
Only notified at last moment having prepared for delivery, getting up early and having to do it again. Unable to contact delivery service with email supplied. Items missing from divan set.

This is what all delivery companies should aspire to be like.
A telephone number that is answered quickly by a competent human.
Emails sent with delivery date/time.
Able to narrow down the delivery window on the day (obviously pending traffic etc).
Live updates on the day.
Phone you when they are nearing you.
Perfect.

They took my money, gave me a delivery date and said I was fifth in line and to be ready for half 6 in the morning!! Called them at 10am as no one had turned up and they said we dont have the product no delivery will take place!! Absolute joke!
Avoid this company!! They just take your money and dont give a product! SCAM!

Delivery driver were excellent , there were major renovations going in the block of flats where we live , the lifts took a long time to he free .

DO NOT ORDER FROM ANYWHERE THAT USE THIS TRACKING / SHIPPING COMPANY.

They scam people. Update tracking Info and act like it’s been shipped when it hasn’t and I’ve got all the cancellation proof. Won’t let you speak to a manager. Will keep repeating themselves and saying they will sort it and someone will get back to you when they won’t. Ongoing for over a month and now they are saying they aren’t working with the company anymore and can’t update the tracking! Appealing and discouraging and I will be reporting to trading standards and taking this further.

Dealt with a colleague named Laiba who was great in sorting my query out. Saved me alot of issues by rearranging delivery.

I am so very happy. I ordered a lovely looking headboard & Premier Deliveries collected my order for transit to me. I found them to be so customer focused, they rang me to check if a delivery date was acceptable & then kept me fully updated about my delivery. They also provided the best tracking system i have ever seen. When my order arrived two of the nicest, polite & careful men delivered my headboard to me. Keep away from this company and its fake reviews. This is a terrible company and the workers and unprofessional and not to be trusted in anyway. I had a bad experience with this company and do not want anybody else to experience what I experienced from this terrible company. KEEP WAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
