DO NOT ORDER FROM ANYWHERE THAT USE THIS TRACKING / SHIPPING COMPANY.

They scam people. Update tracking Info and act like it’s been shipped when it hasn’t and I’ve got all the cancellation proof. Won’t let you speak to a manager. Will keep repeating themselves and saying they will sort it and someone will get back to you when they won’t. Ongoing for over a month and now they are saying they aren’t working with the company anymore and can’t update the tracking! Appealing and discouraging and I will be reporting to trading standards and taking this further.

How refreshing to deal with this company! The communication was prompt, professional and human!
We were given a call evening before delivery was due, and it arrived exactly when told by extremely polite, smiling driver, which I haven’t seen in a long time, and mores to the point, super happy with our purchase. Great quality and price, delivered well protected. Thank you 🙏

I am so very happy

I am so very happy. I ordered a lovely looking headboard & Premier Deliveries collected my order for transit to me. I found them to be so customer focused, they rang me to check if a delivery date was acceptable & then kept me fully updated about my delivery. They also provided the best tracking system i have ever seen. When my order arrived two of the nicest, polite & careful men delivered my headboard to me. What a fabulous company, good old fashion courtesy from start to finish. Thank you to those involved; Laiba, Harpreet & the boss Kashif.

Keep away from this company and its fake reviews. This is a terrible company and the workers and unprofessional and not to be trusted in anyway. I had a bad experience with this company and do not want anybody else to experience what I experienced from this terrible company. KEEP WAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Shambles

Was ment to get my delivery of new mattress so got rid of old one on day new one was supposed to be delivered no delivery made no phone call to explain I called them the following day to find out I now have to wait for another ten days if I had been told in advance I would have kept my old mattress until new delivery date

Awful Company and people that work


Awful Company and people that work there, and can not speak English properly. Delivery driver delivered mattress damaged then the office workers got rude on phone.

Avoid using this company - ordered from beds.co.uk

Got a delivery from beds.co.uk and my stepson asked if it could be dropped off upstairs which he was rudely told "no" and he was told "it wasn't heavy". Well for a young boy he couldn't manage it himself and was needing further help. I couldn't help as I am disabled so my young stepdaughter and wife had to help him. As far as myself, I will not recommend anyone to use beds.co.uk until they choose to use another logistic company as this company does not deserve any sort of business.
