Bought a car for my daughter from Premier Car Supermarket (from Telmo).

Both me and my wife were very impressed by the professionalism and service we received and we would have no hesitation in using them again when it is time to replace one of our cars.

Picked up our Ford Puma today and just wanted to say thank you to *Telamo* for his help throughout the process. Really pleased with the car and the service we received.

Telmo was very helpful and his attention to detail was fantastic. Arranged for a few little scratches to be removed before we purchased our Kia sportage. Went out of his way to make sure we were 100% happy with our vehicle.

We purchased a new car, and Telmo at PCS Derby was absolutely amazing. I noticed a few scuffs and scratches on the car, which he repainted and polished, and also resprayed and repainted the alloys to our specifications and make it look new.

I purchased an MG4 from Premier Car Supermarket and unfortunately the experience after the sale was very disappointing.

When collecting the vehicle, I was told that the battery health report and vehicle checks would be emailed to me. These were never provided, and after several emails and phone calls I eventually discovered that the battery health report had not actually been completed before the vehicle was handed over.

I also had to repeatedly chase the refund of an overpaid £99 deposit. What should have been a simple administrative issue took multiple follow-ups before it was addressed.

To make matters worse, there were additional issues with the vehicle, including a faulty passenger door unlock button and problems registering the MG app. Trying to arrange appointments to resolve these issues became unnecessarily complicated due to confusion over locations, availability and what work could actually be completed during each visit.

My biggest disappointment was the aftersales service. Communication was often slow, contradictory and at times felt argumentative rather than focused on resolving the issues. I spent far more time chasing updates than any customer should have to after purchasing a vehicle.

The car itself has been good, but the overall purchasing and aftersales experience was stressful and frustrating. Based on my experience, I would not choose to buy from Premier Car Supermarket again.

I purchased a Porsche Taycan 4S from them and, although an issue with the car was identified before I collected it, the way it was dealt with was excellent. Jamil kept me updated throughout, arranged for the fault to be properly diagnosed and repaired, and made sure everything was sorted before I took delivery.

There was never any pressure to go ahead with the purchase and I was even offered a full refund if I wasn't completely happy, which gave me a lot of confidence in the company.

I've now got the car and absolutely love it. Buying a used performance car can always be a bit nerve-racking, but I felt Premier Car Supermarket handled everything professionally and stood behind the car they were selling.

Bought a Peugeot e-208. Later found out it was previously used for driving tuition — this was not mentioned anywhere during sale or on paperwork.

When I raised it, they first agreed to a return, then retracted their agreement. The price paid did not reflect the vehicle's actual history.

Recommendation: Always get your own independent history check before buying here.

UPDATE to business`s reply - it came to light when I tried to sell the vehicle and it came up on motorcheck report.

Purchased Vauxhall vivaro, Telmo was a very professional salesman with no hard sell. A very pleasurable experience.

I call these guys and ask for an SOH test certificate for the battery health of an EV that is priced at £17K+ and I am told by the lady that she can't see any battery test being done but we can do it for £39. As if I am I was asking them to do SOH on my car's battery. When I ask why I should be paying for it and haven't you done a test already when preparing the car, I am told because we will doing this for my Peace of Mind thats why I have pay. Which is ridiculous they should have some kind of a test done on the battery before making claims about its health and when I insisted and asked what makes you confident about the battery health, I'm told that because none of our customers have had any complaints. After this I chose to write to them via Auto Trader messaging option asking for the same that do you guys do any battery test and why are you confident this without the test that the battery is at 90% then I'm told in an e-mail by them that I should speak to the general manager Jamil Ahmed because he has worked for Hyundai for 10 and has driven electric cars in 15. What a lousy way to deal with a genuine customer query. (I wish I could attach the screenshots here)

It became necessary to buy a third car for our sons to learn to drive. We decided on a Nissan Micra as they had a good reputation at an affordable price. On searching the website, I came across Premier Car Supermarket (PCS) who were offering the low mileage (4 yrs. old 25,000 miles) car of our choice at about £1000 less than London equivilents. I contacted Jamil (manager) at PCS who came across as as approachable, informative and with integraty. At this point, I must point out that we are in Epping and PCS are at Kettering. The next day my wife and I journed to Kettering and were not disappointed. Despite the distance, we had an easy M11 / A14 journey to PCS who are situated at the junction with the A43. We were met by Jamil and one of his sales team, Charlotte who went through everything relating to the vehicle of our choice, including the fact that it was not "Sale Ready" at this point as several issues needed to be addressed, including a new MOT, two new front tyres, valeting etc. However, these were in hand and the vehicle would be ready for collection 5 days later. We paid a deposit and returned home. They were good to their word and 5 days later, I travelled by train to collect the car. PCS are only a 19 minute walk from Kettering Railway Station. The car was ready and after the necessary admin. I returned home with the car, much to the delight of our two sons. Well done PCS, Well done Jamil and Charlotte.

Went to Premier and was out off by the cars appearing unkempt, went to arnold clark and got ripped off then returned to Premier to exchange for a more suitable ride and I whole heartedly regret being put off in the first instance! Telmo sorted me out with a fantastic car with no hassle which was cleaned and handed over in a beautiful condition and 2 weeks later still smells like polish 👍
In short, dont judge a book by its cover. Premier sells well priced cars with absolutely no pressure and no stress. I will definitely be back!

I was promised a perfect, fully charged vehicle ready to drive away. After traveling 340 miles, I arrived to find a dirty car with a broken rear wiper blade and no charger or tools in the boot. The sales staff brushed off the complaints as "expected for a used car," and my follow-up email to the CEO went ignored. Very poor customer service—look elsewhere for accurate vehicle descriptions. Response to their reply : we had already agreed a price for the car so don’t make out you had done some amazing discount while we were there! Also the car did not have 50 miles on it so that’s a lie and if you don’t charge cars fully or present them ready clean and valeted don’t promise it!!!

Just purchased a Peugeot 208 through premier car supermarket and was dealing with Telmo during my finance being arranged, to the days leading up to collection and even the day after checking everything was ok with the car. Grateful for all Telmos help. Would recommend to friends and family for future recommendations.
