Great car easy transaction. I have bought from AvailableCar.com years ago and glad I came back. No sales pressure and from start to finish great experience. I love my new car and hopefully will have for many years to come .

The overall experience of selling my car and purchasing the new one was seamless, the staff were polite and respectful throughout. The car on collection was immaculate all issues had been resolved. The only issue was the communication between sales and myself, I left 2 requests with reception to have sales call me back, they didn't for two days which was disappointing.

Would highly recommend buying a car from here. I went to Castle Donington, the team were very friendly and helpful. I especially like that you can go and look at the cars without having a pushy sales person next to you. The car I wanted to look at hadn’t been through their checks yet to see if it was road worthy but the team got it through its check so that I could test drive it. I bought the car and picked it up 5 working days later. The process was very smooth and quick. Thank you. I will definitely be buying my next car here.

I got my car which was beautifully valletted. Staff polite and helpful.

This is my first time buying electric car, as English is not my first language, the sales manager Sam explains a lot to me nicely and clearly with patience, giving useful advice, with the new car and also the car that I have traded in. Spend a lot of time helping me for the finance(although finally I pay the car by cash).

I like the fact that they leave you to look round without bothering you, always get greeted when walking in and leaving. All staff pleasant and helpful not pushy.
I’ve had 2 issues in the first week of getting my car and they got me in to sort the issues quickly

I felt very looked after from when I first looked at the car through to collecting the car. Everything was fully explained to me, any questions I asked were answered very efficiently, would happily recommend available car. Staff who looked after me was Jasmine, Ellie, Ryan and Jason. Thankyou :)

The whole experience has been superb,from easy non pressurised salesmen/women&fantastic test drive.
My salesmen josh,was helpful and understanding of my lack of technology knowledge.Nothing was too much trouble.
I would mention that I do feel it would of been nice for salesperson who sold the car to you to do the handover on collection of the car.it would of been nice to say thankyou to him.

Good choice of cars at reasonable prices. But process is slow and getting hold of staff is very difficult, making for a frustrating experience. I did buy from them but mainly because of the specific car that I wanted and convenient location for me.

Purchased a vehicle from the Castle Donington branch for collection on the 31st of March which, up to that point, had been a fairly pleasant experience. Upon collection, however, the vehicle I purchased developed a fault that hadn't been picked up on prior to my appointment to collect. I was told the car was unlikely to be repairable so was offered a similar car to purchase and drive home that day.
I was assured that the admin fee for changing my car insurance would be refunded to me - it was not. When attempting to change the V5 of my part exchange, the DVLA site was down. I was promised that if I left the V5 with them (not a good idea in hindsight, but they wouldn't let me leave in my new car without leaving the V5 with them), they would change ownership first thing the next day - they did not and 6 weeks later, the car is still registered to me.
A few weeks down the line and the new car has developed several faults and has features that do not - and have never - worked. I have sent several emails and tried to speak to aftersales on the phone but have had no response.
The car was also handed over with 3 months MOT - not the minimum of 6 that they promise.
Overall, the purchasing experience was fairly straightforward, if a bit pushy in terms of Diamondbrite and RAC warranty, however the aftersales is abysmal and I'm really starting to wish I had gone somewhere else.

Very wide selection of cars to view. No sales pressure, I made several visits while narrowing down my choice of make and model. The staff even moved three different models alongside each other for me to assess for one visit. They were then patient while I waited for the right specification, age and colour before I made my purchase.

Takes hrs to buy a car even when you pay in full and you can't pay with card not everyone does online banking ! Then you find out you haven't got your v5 wich you bought from them in tge first place
