I enquired about a car on Friday and the salesman billy has been amazing and gone way and bond to make sure my transaction has been stress free he's so helpful from start to end pleased to say I get my car on Wednesday i will use them again

The team were friendly and helpful. Patient with showing me each car I liked and compared the spec of each. Didn’t push for me to purchase the most expensive one. In fact I never even viewed it.

To say our experience was tarnished by a single person would be an understatement. When a company puts sales above customer service, blaming the customer for their own process failures and when that customer dares to state things aren't right you're met with "do you want the car or not?". Contacted at 6:30pm on Friday evening after agreeing a purchase a week prior, and told parts were wrong during servicing and prep, so the handover had to be moved back, costing us both a second day of work we had to take off, and when we mentioned that, plus having to try to rearrange insurance again with no notice (pick up had been arranged for monday 10am) it was made out to be like we were an inconvenience and not the other way round. Then on pick up we were given different financial details than when it was sold, and again when mentioned, we were told it had been mentioned and we were wrong. My wife confirmed we hadn't been told, and we were basically called liars. When asking what can be done, and what the alternatives were, we were treated like crap, told we we wrong to question the sales process that were "always followed" and thats when we were asked "do you want the car or not?". If we hadn't already waited, put time, money and effort into the purchase, as well as losing two full days of work (each), we would have walked. I have no complaints about the rest of the team, hence the 2 stars and not 1, in fact everyone else was really good, but that individual needs taking back to customer service school.

Both times I went - to choose a car and then to collect the car once it had been serviced and prepared, I made appointments to go. However, both times I was kept waiting over 40 minutes, which begged the question why make an appointment at all?
When I wasn't sitting around waiting all staff were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I feel I got a good deal and an looking forward to enjoying my new car.

Not the best service. Constantly trying to contact them to sort the purchase of my new car out. Didn’t send me paperwork when they said they would. Couldn’t tax the car and ended up doing it on the day of pick up which was a rush as it was a Saturday.
Car is great though.

Great service from start to finish. Loved how you could view any car outside, sit in them and even start the engine without a single salesperson in site. All info was on the car. Even the guy that delivered the car to my home was very polite and took the time to go through all the mods and cons etc within the car.

Helpful and informative staff who helped me find my new fiat 500 - the car is great :) Shout out to Jon on the service team who provided me a depth of knowledge about my car, without him i'm not sure i would have purchased a new car that day

I needed to sell my car and found the process of going to other companies stressful! Available car enabled me to part exchange my car and now I drive an electric car - life changing, especially going from a diesel. The staff were amazing - free coffee at Castle Donington and the music was an excellent choice…….I have another car to sell and will definitely be returning to Available Car again- good job x

No pressure, really friendly and helpful team. Within a week I was driving away in my new car. The team at Available Car sorted all the paperwork out with me, car gleaming to drive home.

We bought a £30k car and on collection found that the promised paint correction work hadn't been completed properly, and the valeting was poor it looked like the windscreen hadn't been cleaned at all. Our delivery time was for 1.00pm and was told the collection would take approximately 40 to 45 minutes, however after being dropped off at 12.30 we had to sit waiting untill after 4 as the car wasn't ready, we assume that's why the paint and valeting was sub standard.
