My wife and I were made to feel very welcome from the second we walked in, greeted by very helpful and friendly staff. The purchase process was great, Tom was so helpful and positively polite before and during the test drive and Kizzy was so professional with a personal approach when completing the process. Was made welcome in reception by Liz though very busy with people waiting,
Oliver introduced himself then after a few signatures presented my car as described by Jack,

The date we were to collect the car was changed as it wasn’t ready. We only found out as we called them to check on things! When we did call to collect it we waited an hour before we were seen! Then on inspecting the car it hadn’t been valeted and was dirty inside so that was sent off to be cleaned whilst we were there so seats were wet when driving home although we did get given plastic covers and also a stone chip needed to be touched up whilst we were there! Not great!

Inital sales person wasn't great
Inital sales person wasn't great. He didnt give details of how and when to pay ect. We had to contact them ourselves. We only sort of knew the format as family members had bought cars from here previously. All other staff we dealt with gave good customer service. On pick up day 2 faults that should have been picked up prior and rectified weren't . Meaning we had to pop back the next day for one to be fixed, and the other booked in at later date after a part had been ordered. The car had also been bumped in the waiting area. I know this was unforseen, but this obviously caused a delay in us getting the car. However this was dealt with swiftly by the Manager, Mick, who got things rectified. He was very helpful too. Happy so far with the car just the lack of attention to detail in some areas that caused inconveniences.

Worth a visit
Really helpful staff, good quality cars - this is our 5th car from there now. Shame that when I picked up my car last night, there was still a scratch that they couldn’t fix as no one available from valeting to deal with - so now we’ll be sorting that at home - but overall, a good experience.

Staff are extremely polite, welcoming and not pushy.
Rebecca Simmons was absolutely lovely, directing us through the different controls with the car that we liked, we took the car for a test drive, then Rebecca answered any queries we had.
She efficiently worked through all the paperwork and information about trade in.
Arranged everything for the car to be ready to pick-up a few days later.
Ryan did the transfer of the new car, he was a lovely young man, extremely polite, efficiently handled all the paperwork and information about the car, made sure that we were happy before we drove off.
100% recommend this business it was a pleasure doing business with them

Supporting the customer after the sale
Efficient means to exchange cars with good demonstration. I have specific requirements for a vehicle that needs to be a suitable means to transport my elderly father and his mobility scooter plus be capable of towing (which rules out electric vehicles and small petrol engined vehicles. ). I enjoyed the walk to Castle Donnington Post office to tax the vehicle because it was a sunny day but if it had been wet or I was not keen to walk then it would be better to have been offered a lift (perhaps older customers would appreciate that?). After 1 week of ownership I am still unable to open the tailgate which seems to be an intermittent fault that has been evident from 1st May when I collected the vehicle. I appreciate the 3 month warranty to resolve the problem which is significant because I need to install a mobility scooter lifting crane which is the primary reason for choosing this Tourneo over the other vehicle choices on offer. I was not impressed by the Ford main dealer who I asked for help with opening the tailgate and was told to come back after booking in a months time! I value your warranty and commitment to resolve this problem.
