Husband and I share a mat ( well we bought the whole set mini mat full mat and pillow) now I'm thinking about buying more not just another set for us but I want to get our parents into this as well. I have had lots of ailments pains throughout my 37 years, and even just for one instance (cuz I don't want to get into every tiny detail I don't think there's going to be enough space to type all of it) but I had recently pulled a muscle which made the muscle not only ache but then the spine ached too, normally this would take a few weeks to get back to normal but with the pranamat eco it only took three days to completely alleviate even the deepest bruised feeling from the strain. I definitely recommend this!
I know it costs a good chunk of money but honestly you get what you pay for and isn't your health worth it? Mine is!

Great product!!!
I feels quite painful at the beginning, but you’ll quickly get used to it and won’t be able to live without it anymore!
Great to lay on while reading, scrolling through your phone, sorting messages/emails out or watching tv.
Definitely recommend it!

I was skeptical about laying on the mat…
I was skeptical about laying on the mat with a bare back, but I love it! It relaxes me instantly! As a matter of fact, I ordered a second set for the upstairs. I use it twice a day and am absolutely in love with my Pranamat Eco!

My son and I ordered 2 mats
My son and I ordered 2 mats, one pillow, and a bag. Aside from the bag being a bit small to close the flap, we are extremely pleased. The pillow is essential. Laying on the mats seriously takes away pain! I also appreciate all the eco minded materials used in this product. Well done!🤗

Update: I did get use to it and look forward to laying on it before bed every night.
Very hard plastic points. You get use to it but not what I was expecting. And I didn’t know it shipped from Latvia ?
