Do not buy off this site. Sent under half of my products. Over $200 worth missing. I have emailed several times with no reply. Im out $200 with no way to actually contact them. So disheartening not worth time or money

placed an order on the 26th Jan & paid for express shipping, it's now the 2nd of Feb and it still hasn't even been sent out of their shop 😂

sent numerous emails to customer service with no response.

Terrible customer service. We messaged immediately when their company made an error and they refused to help. $44 down the drain.

Ordered products on Black Friday as a gift for my sister. “Guaranteed delivery before Christmas”. It is January 13th. It has not arrived.

I had lower back pain that made it extremely difficult to go from sitting to standing. I used creams, exercises and pain relief. My daughter suggested I use my shakti mat, which I did. I used at my desk at work, while sitting watching tv and before I went to sleep by laying on it. Within 24 of starting this I felt better than I had in 4 days of using the cream etc. SHAKTI is the best!!! Also used my shakti pillow for added pressure at times, when sitting. 100% recommend for lower back pain and sciatica.

The original quality, ethically produced mat. I use the “lighter” version (yellow colour). But for me, this is perfect! I also bought the head/neck rest too - also awesome! Purchased online in Sydney (from the official website), arrived in two working days! Perfect! Also, there are some online resources that help educate you (video tutorials etc). Really helpful!

I like the weight but is too hot in summer.
Also the blanket is too short and the photo on their website where a, most likely very short, person holds it up and is covered by the length of blanket is misleading.
For $349 I would expect a blanket that covers from feet to under chin. I m of average height , 1.72m, and either feet or chest are not covered.
I can imagine if you are a larger person that the blanket is not wide enough either.

Honestly it took a couple of times getting used to it but now I can’t wait to get home to use it after work and I’m getting up earlier and putting a face mask on before work and laying on my Shakti mat for 20 minutes. I saw it 3 months earlier on fb and then checked it out but it looked so painful but then saw it again and thought I’d give it a go and I’m so glad I did :)

super low quality , slow delivery . I prefer my Akumatra mat !

Still haven't received my mat after nearly 2 weeks. Contacted customer service said they would get back to me within 48 hours. Still nothing.

Paid extra for next day delivery. Didn't get shipped and did not arrive when they said it would. Still waiting three days later.

Emailed them, they've claimed I ordered it a day later than I actually did. I have proof to the contrary. Dodgy.

I cannot recommend this enough. I never write reviews unless I’m really unhappy or it’s so good that it blows my mind. The Shakti Mat is amazing. The initial pain is just like getting a tattoo, so although uncomfortable for a bit to begin with, It’s tolerable. I don’t know scientifically how much it physically works but it’s definitely got me into the habit of just stopping, laying on my mat and zoning out from the world for 20-30 minutes every night. Pair it with the Shakti Shala app and it’s as good as going to the spa for a massage, mentally.

Forgot to send me the main item - the mat in the first delivery.
To fix the issue, they promised to send the item with express postage (along with a 15% discount for the next shopping) which turned out to be another standard postage. Ending up waiting for 17- 20 days to receive my order. Could have bought a similar item somewhere else, really.

Tried it every night for over a week and all I felt was discomfort. Sad because clearly others love it. I’m afraid it’s going back.

A life-changing purchase! I love my acupressure mat, despite the initially challenging sensations. It is really helping my back, neck and shoulder issues and deepening my relaxation. The quality of the product is excellent, it's beautiful to look at, and the ethics of the company make it an even better buy.

Terrible delivery service this company use a very inferior delivery company and you have no way of contacting either Shakti or the delivery company by phone for help or information! Terrible service!

The best "free your mind stuff" I ever try. I have had it for ten days now and I use it every day. I usually fall asleep on it for a hour or two, or three... It’s a little prickly at first, but you get used to it. Now I also use it to lie on my side, stomach and not just on my back. When using Shakti mat my thoughts flies away to undiscovered unknown places.

Great product. I used mine everyday for 10 days and found that my lower back problem had significantly eased. It's good for relaxation and provides and deep sleep after using. I also have purchased the pillow too.

Love this mat! Me and my husband are taking turns pretty much every evening and always fall asleep on top of it. The sleep itself tends to be more peaceful too. Best money spent last year.
