Love this thing! Expensive but worth it.

Really loving my mat and pillow. It's been a huge help to my low back pain. I'm a dancer and work on my feet all day, I lie down on the mat once or twice a day and I stand on it at the end of the day. I notice a difference immediately and I generally feel better every day. I also have found Pranamat to be the most responsibly produced of all these mats and definitely worth the money for that alone. Thank you!

I never write reviews, but for the pranamat it is worth it! I’ve been through 3 car accidents in the last 4 years and I also am an RDH. I hover over my patients cleaning their teeth all day every day. So with the injuries from my accidents my days end in a lot of neck and upper back pain. Since investing in my pranamat I am out of pain every night by only laying on my matt for 10 min! Seriously it blows my mind every time. This product has extended the time that I need to see my massage therapist and chiropractor, and is absolutely WORTH the investment!! I also have less sleep anxiety/insomnia. When I’m stressed and unable to fall asleep I lay on it, and about 20-30 min in I’m sleepy. In fact I have even fallen completely asleep on it a couple of times before! I have tried other knock off brands, but none are made with the quality materials and work as effectively as this matt does. Plus the pranamat has a 5 year warranty I believe, which is a plus. So so in love with this product. I even got 3 of my co-workers hooked on it themselves, they all now own one as well.

I LOVE the pranamat. Relaxes and takes away the stress of the day. Making this part of my routine has improved my overall health and mindset.

I would not recommend buying a " knockoff". I know someone who didn't want to spend the extra money for Pranamat ......they were greatly disappointed with the other product.
Pranamat is definitely worth every cent....

I was skeptical to try this but it's worth every penny! Shipping was great and the product arrived in a timely manner. It did take some conditioning to get used to the mat but the suggestions in the instructions are spot on for this. After the first couple minutes (which can feel intense), all of the muscles in my back and neck (I use the pillow for neck and shoulders as it is looser and I can mold it around them) start to loosen and release and my whole body and mind relax. Sometimes I even feel so relaxed that I start to fall asleep. After 15-20 minutes on my Pranamat I have the same feeling I get after an hour of traditional massage. It really is a game changer!

I love the mat but wish it was more affordable.

I love it! It was delivered fairly quickly considering the distance.
I won't lie, it hurts and it definitely takes some getting used to but once your body starts to adapt, it becomes quite relaxing and you can feel the tingling sensation of your blood flow throughout the whole area resting on the Pranamat. It's pretty great :)

First of all, I want to say I love my Pranamat but the product presentation wasn't able to give me a full idea about the experience which I will go through with Pranamat. It is a very helpful tool for backache and it works really well. I just think that being surer before the purchase would make the overall experience with this product better.

It does help with pain. Relax you, you just need a little get used to it to do

I received my items quickly and they were just as described! I purchased two mat and pillow sets to give away as Christmas gifts, and it took all of my willpower not to rip one out of the box and use it! My family that received the mats love them. I do wish there was an instruction booklet with suggestions for how to use the mat inside the box, as my family was kind of clueless until I explained in excruciating detail how the mat works and what to do. I would highly recommend this product, and I can't wait to get one for myself!

Really like pranamat, only pillow it’s quite hard to accept :D to painful lol
