I LOVE this massage mat!!! Makes me feel better and ready for everything. It gives deep, proper massage in the comfort of my home. Love it

The plastic spikes are so incredibly sharp they penetrate your skin slightly, causing severe and increasing pain during use. I'm 90kg, so perhaps this is less of an issue if you are lighter. After use the skin is damaged and hurts for some time. I get no benefit from using the product, it is simply painful and unpleasant. I will need to give it away.

I was skeptical at first. I only tried it because my SO bought it. It's really something else. The sensation, pain relief, relaxation, blood flow to specific problem areas.

I always thought - there are alternatives for $20-30. Yes, of course, but there are also Chinese alternatives for the iPhone for 10th of the price. What I mean to say - the quality is top notch, the sensation is top notch, the company itself is not some low-effort Chinese brand.

I have been looking at purchasing a Pranamat for over a year after seeing them advertised on social media often. They looked great! But I kept putting off actually purchasing. I have now purchased one and I totally regret not buying it sooner!
After a few minutes, you get used to the sensation and you can begin to relax. After I have sat on it for 20 minutes, I can feel any tension that has built up on my back/shoulders eases and the pain subsides.
I like to sit/lie on it on an evening and I have seen an improvement in my quality of sleep too.
I would definitely recommend this to anyone - I have already told my friends and family about it.

The pranamat eco is worth every penny! With COVID going on and not being able to go for acupuncture as frequently this mat has saved me! As someone who suffers from chronic pain, it provides a relaxing yet deep intensifying massage in the comfort of my home. It has helped with sleep, migraines, and back pain. I bought the full set and highly recommend it. I wish I got the bag and turtle to accompany me on future trips!

The set would be a great as a gift for a loved one!
I sufferer back pain and have seen results also helps with my Anxiety.
Although some reviews say it hurts I find it did at the start, but I persevered and
now it's a very relaxing time for me when using my mat and pillow.
I've trained in reflexology, Love Yoga, and mindfulness so I implement using my time with my pranamat and pillow into my daily routine!
Would recommend 5***** It may not be for everyone but definitely for me and my daughter.

Quality product, if you're down with torture devices. Not for me, sending back. Don't understand how people enjoy or get benefits from it. I'll stick to Yin Yoga.

They sent me a used mat instead of the new product I paid for. Several spikes were bent, one even completely broken. There were also quite a few long hairs on the mat.

However, the customer “support“ denied my request to get a replacement in a rude manner, calculating how many working spikes were left on the mat.

It seems like this company is only interested in profits, not satisfied customers. Better stay away from Pranamat.

There are many competitors with a similar product, who don‘t screw their customers.

I ordered this not noticing the very small print on the website about medical exclusions (it is in the booklet which comes with it, but had to hunt the website to find it). I tried this product once, it came well packaged and within a decent time frame and great quality.. I've seen many a great review but it just wasn't for me. I suffer from lower back stiffness and pain if i lie flat, but as i had other aches and pains i thought id try it out, unfortunately my back was worse for approximately 5 days afterwards. I'd seen a few people mention about the high cost of return from the UK. I managed to find a discount code and used parcel2go, recommended by pranamat, and was around £17 (they also take off their delivery charge of £8 prior to refunding). My refund was processed within 2 days of receiving. Maybe i just needed ro persevere but im glad i tried it.

I brought the set with the pillow, mat and mini mat. It came within the stated time. I decided to buy it because I often get tension headaches from tension in my neck and shoulders and I get lower back pain. I started off going on it for short burst of 5 minutes then increasing over two weeks. At first it really hurts but you have to take some deep breaths then the warmth and deep relaxation sets in. I try to use this daily in the evening to help me relax before bed. It gets rid of my back pain after 30 minutes of use. I also use the pillow daily and whenever I have a stress head ache it works brilliantly. I can’t recommend it enough. I’m not a hugely active person and this has really helped me with all my aches and pains. It’s also good for getting a bit of mindfulness and relaxation when you need to clear your head. Do not hesitate buy it!

I purchased a Pranamat as I have suffered migraine for over 30 years. Over the past 8 months the attacks had become more frequent and severe (most probably due to stress during these uncertain times and in my job as a Funeral Arranger). So after speaking to my GP who wanted to put me on daily medication to prevent the attacks I said to her that I would like to give the Pranamat go. What can I say. Amazing! my migraines have almost disappeared after using it daily since I purchased it. Taking my half an hour out to myself everyday has actually be quite literally life changing. I cannot thank you enough. Anyone you is consider a purchase ..... go for it you will not regret it !!

It is a bit pricey, which is the only reason I give 4 stars. However, the product itself is of great quality and does help me with head and backaches. As a cautious person I did try a cheaper mat first, but it was made of cheap and flimsy materials (mat was made of plastic and spikes were not sharp), overall feel can not be compared. You get what you pay for!!! Now been using Pranamat for almost two years and could not be happier. It has relieved me of almost chronic head aches in the past and I do get a lot less back pain after heavy lifting at work. In the evening I spend 20 - 60min on my back and in the morning I stand on it for a few minutes to get the juices flowing. Have recommended to all the people at work and in my motorcycling community.

and audaciously shutting down any different opinion. Have you never wondered why this company doesn't have any negative review on their website, Facebook, Amazon and ebay? I will tell you why, cz they delete anything that is not 4-5* and also block/ban people from commenting further!!

So, any authentic experience won't be recorded and don't you dare to state you have found exactly the same product for £20-40 from an accupucture or online shop as that's what happent to me and they have blocked me!
Just don't waste your money, so many EXACTLY the same products for -90% less!!!!! So, you get to do your job NOT for that money nor attitude

These mats are really amazing quality and actually work with easing all kinds of aches and pains, as well as migraines and reducing stress and insomnia. I had tried another famous brand which turned out to be flimsy and scratchy and just uncomfortable to use, so Pranamat is well worth the investment!

I was kindly sent the Pranamat Eco try and I can’t believe the results!

I was worried it would be quite painful as the petal spikes are very hard. But after a few minutes of laying on the mat, I started to feel really relaxed. I could of fallen asleep!

I am super impressed and highly recommend this to anyone who suffers with back pain, stress, headaches, bad sleep. This mat helps all these areas

I bought set, pillow and mat and it was the best decision I could do to myself.

At the beginning it was very difficult to be more than 2 minutes, but after few weeks I can be resting and relaxed, and the most important, that my cervical is much better.

I like to use it to finish my yoga session in Savasana and I feel more relaxed ( specially when I feel stressed).

My partner is using as well and he loves it as well, every night before go to sleep he takes the pillow and he is sleeping better.

I have had my may and pillow for over a year now and loving it. I bought it for my husband and I use the pillow all the time. Every night for 5 minutes and really helps with the stress of the neck area from being on the computer all-day long. Highly recommend it.

I am really happy that I've joined pranamat family. I have been suffering from sciatica for over 10 years. After 10 years pain is really strong and the only thing which help and relax me is pranamat.
