Shipping expensive and slow
Ordered on Sunday, order started being processed on Monday, not completed until Wednesday. Collected by DHL on Wednesday delivered Thursday. Cost of shipping £6.95 + vat total £8.34 and it took four days to arrive. Part was the size of a matchbox and cost £16.80. At the price of the shipping I would expect next day delivery.

Fantastic service
Ordered a rems press tool from powertoolsalesuk last week and a jaw attachment set, I didn’t realise but I had ordered a jaw attachments that weren’t compatible with the tool I was ordering, I got a phone call about 30 mins later off their customer service department asking if I was aware of this and if I wanted to swap it for the correct attachments. I was so grateful for this phone call and it only took 1 minute on the phone, this type of diligence from their team is second to none and shows they care about their customers, have raved about this to other tradesmen I know ever since!
The tools were the best price I could find and arrived quickly, very pleasant purchasing experience.
