Got a Dewalt drill with two batteries for a good price. I saw their Amazon shop promised quicker shipping than their own online shop. I prefer not to use Amazon, so I emailed them. They were able to get it expedited to match their Amazon store's estimated delivery date. It was end of the year, around holiday time. Appreciated the human touch. Would definitely shop from them again.
