I arrive in less time than I expected, all very well protected and wrapped. Their products are great.

Cool little product, may be a bit overpriced at 55 Euros. Shipping was fast once it got processed. Processing took a while unfortunately; ordered in January, received in March. They were quite informative when I reached out to them about this however. Chinese New Year took a toll on processing.

Overall satisfied with the product, processing can take a while however.

Pros: Excellent quality figures; very well packaged (both the individual figures, as the box itself); quick arrival after it was send.

Cons: Took 2 weeks before the package was send (after I asked about a status update, it was send the next day - without replying to my message); although the figurines are of great quality, I'd say their prices are still pretty high.

Fast and safe but next time no need to add zip code and space between the phone number. Otherwise I can not change the receive location if necessary. ( I live in Hong Kong by SFexpress )

The subject is really good looking, however i was expecting a single whole figure, not separated pieces. That would not be a problem if the pieces came together without issues, but that was not the case for me: they wouldn’t attach and kept falling off. I even ended up breaking Gallade’s arm. In the end i had to glue everything together in hope that i could fix it a little bit but at that point the figure was ruined.

Order arrived in great condition and relatively quickly

I reached out to PokeGalerie regarding items that were out of stock. They replied quickly and were able to contact the studio to restock the items for me. They were extremely helpful and this was the only place I was able to go to in order to purchase the specific items. Everywhere else I went to did not help me in the same way, their customer service is much greater than other places.

always nice, and when there is a problem, there are trying their best to help, in a business, where often people doesn't ttake responsabilities and every damage is only for the customer.

I was aware of the time span, from purchase to delivery, but I think you should update feedback or order status from time to time to make your customers feel confident. the product is great

figure arrived broken, after they changed the postage method from fed EX to Evri without notifying me. wasted money.

(I reported the item as lost when EVRI emailed me saying it was lost. As instructed by them, I showed you such via email. You refunded me, to which it arrived a month later, damaged. fishy if you ask me)

I had no issues. Items were delivered on time and Poké Galerie kept me up to date on the status of my order.
