The shaver is very pretty
The shaver is very pretty. At first, I had a tricky time trying to use it and thought about returning it. But, their awesome customer service stepped in and provided clear instructions and an offer to return for a refund-- if I wanted. I was so impressed, I decided to keep it and everything is fine. I think this is a reputable company and will recommend them to friends/family for future purchases.

The product was as described. It takes a bit to get the hang of angling it just right so it doesn't hurt as much, but very effective.

Helpful and understanding
Anna was very helpful to me when I asked for a refund for the Epi Pro 3. She was understanding and made sure I had watched the how-to video and used all the tweaks available. Unfortunately, the product does not play well with me and I had to return it. Thank you very much again for all your assistance Miss Anna.

My pluxy came to me broken and the support team was very apologetic and took care of the situation. They sent me out a new one after a few interchanges. They really care about their customers

Great Customer service
I made a purchase of Pluxy and it was charged and only ran 5 minutes and quit. I got in touch with Pluxy and told them about the problem and I am happy to say they sent me a new one immediately. Great customer service. I highly recommend them.

Beware this is a scam!! I bought one 2 months ago and gotten nothing. I have sent emails and did an earlier review on this site. Their response was that someone had emailed me to help. This was a lie. I have heard nothing from this company. Don’t waste your money or your time.
