Outstanding products & fast delivery!

Plush Rugs delivered exactly what I wanted and quickly! The rug I ordered was a better price with Plush Rugs than other vendors which was the first thing I was happy about. Then, I was happy again when my rug arrived quicker than expected and it was in perfect condition. Zero issues from placing my order to placing the rug inside my home.

Best Price

I saw this rug at another rug site and fell in love but I couldn't afford it. I looked up the rug by name and searched other sites for a better price. I had almost resigned myself that I would not be able to get the rug till I found Plushrugs! The price was substantially lower than all other rug companies. I will always check Plushrugs first from now on. I thought maybe the rug would be flawed in some way but it is perfect.

I love it!

I love, love, love the rug, but it took it's time getting here. It just completes my great room, and looks terrific.

Communication was great

Communication was great! I was constantly kept up to date on timing of the delivery. Plus, the delivery crew went above and beyond by carrying the heavy rug up our steep gravel driveway.
Most important, the rug is beautiful and we got it at a great price.

Colors in person did not match online

The color of the rug did not match the color on the website—i know computer screens can be different, but i went back and checked and online it looked more black and red which is what I searched for) and in person it’s more grey and what appeared red looks pink.

Very disappointed because I was looking for some bold colors.

Colors off - customer service good.

The colors of the rug I ordered were very different in person, like it was missing colors completely. The quality seemed good and the shipping and return was easy.

Prompt service

Prompt service - Products arrived earlier than PlushRugs quoted. Both the carpet and pad were in great condition and the look wonderful.
