Per the tracking we sent you, it is at the local delivery terminal and should be getting scheduled for delivery today or tomorrow.

The plastic that wrapped the rug was…
The plastic that wrapped the rug was extremely dirty and ripped open on one end causing the rug to get dirty. The rug also took a lot of work to get it to lay flat after it was rolled out.

Fair value for a fair price
First the company. Excellent. Good communication. Delivered on time. The product itself is a little of a mixed bag. Printed. Expected at this price point. Overdyed? Could’ve have been more so. Thin. Like a washable rug. Size was spot on. Color as advertised just could have had more of it as previously mentioned. All in all it was worth what I paid just not a screamingly good steal of a rug.

As well, we do allow for returns on rug samples, our team would not deny this request if received.
