I would definitely call 50Floors when I'm ready to do another room.
My salesman was Christopher Wallace, he was great and very informative. I would have him out to my home again when I need to start my next project. 50Floors was easy to make payments to, even on paying the balance upon installation.

Started with the kitchen-Expanded to the rest of the house
We started with a floor for our kitchen. There was a mishap there, but they were quick to make it right. We followed up by extending the same floor into the living room, then carpet for the rest of the house. Tommy was very helpful and answered all our questions. The crews were skilled and professional.

The experience I had with the company…
The experience I had with the company was okay but the promised dates did change for one of the products to be installed.That was a hiccup for me however when the team arrived they did everything with ease and on top of everything they had to do. We very impressed with their tactics and speed in getting the job done and making sure it was what we wanted done. We felt showered with their attention and was so grateful working with their experience in doing this work. My husband and I was so happy with our floors from 50 floors. They will always be our floor people, Amen.

2-What salesman shows you is best sample, look at entire slat. When installation is done inspect every single slat.
3-They used factory seconds for my floor.
4-The flooring slats have what looks like dirt and can be mopped off, but it isn't dirt it is molded into the flooring and can not be wiped off.
5-50Floor was to replace defective slats but never showed to do job. Radio silence
after not showing up on agreed date and time.
6-Miserable customer service, ignores phone calls.
7-Pay the credit card fee and charge job. That way you have recourse and can freeze credit card payment. No checks

The overall experience was great from the start. Marty came to our home to give us a free estimate. Marty was professional and thorough. After coming to a decision we set up the installation appointment. Our choice ended up being Berber Carpet (Dusty Cream). Installation installers came on time and we're also professional. We are so happy with our decision. The carpet looks great, the color is perfect and the padding is amazing. I will definitely choose 50 floor for future needs and will tell friends and family. 50 floor did a absolutely great job at a great price!!
