Rug out of stock, did not say that when I ordered it.

I ordered a rug. Then they sent me an email that it was out of stock. That’s so annoying. Why can’t they keep track of stock and publish it on their website.

I’m very sorry for the frustration this has caused. When your order was placed, our site reflected one piece available, but when we submitted the order to the Nourison warehouse, they informed us that unfortunately the item was already out of stock.

I know explaining how we manage inventory doesn’t change the situation, but I want you to know we work hard to update stock levels from all of our warehouses every day. When quantities get down to a single piece, we always recommend reaching out before placing an order so we can physically confirm availability on your behalf.

You sent the wrong color rug

You sent the wrong color rug. I had ordered the rug in advance as I was having company.
I called customer service and Amber ordered the correct one. I asked for the riug to be expedited due to wanting in time for company, but that did not happen from your end.
A return label was sent, but I was told that I had to bring the 10 ft rug to a FedEx drop off. I asked for it to be picked up at my home since you made the error. I was told I would have to pay the extra fee for it to be picked up which I choose not to pay extra.
So I am very disappointed.

I'm sorry about the issues with the incorrect rug being shipped to you. After our team worked with the manufacturer, it looks like there was an issue with the SKU's we had assigned to the rug you ordered. With that said, it absolutely is on us and we are working to get this fixed as quickly as possible for you.

With regards to us scheduling a pick-up for the rug, we can offer this at no charge given the circumstances. I don't see any communication in our system showing we received this request from you that you referenced, but I will alert our CS team and have them contact you with the offer for no cost pick-up.

The company offers a variety of rugs

The company offers a variety of rugs. I chose and lower price rug and that’s what I got (you get what you pay for). However, I will say the rug color and dimensions are great! It looks quality but it’s very low pile and somewhat corse texture. I’m definitely no rug connoisseur but I believe it will be a fine rug for the price. And they made shopping, purchase and delivery very easy. I’ll definitely look for better quality rugs on their website.

Highly recommended.

I bought a rug from plush rugs online.

The next day, I realized that it wasn’t going to suit my purpose.

I canceled my order. The plush rugs rep couldn’t have been kinder. She canceled my order and refunded my payment immediately. No questions asked.

With Customer Service like that, I will buy from Plush Rugs again.

Nice rug, wrong color

I got the rug and it was very nice. The color was not what I expected. It was much more silver than I wanted. Very little purple. I had thrown away the packaging however so I felt I could not return it. I ended up giving it to my nephew. It was just wrong for my space

Do your own research

As a business it's your job to continuously monitor your inventory to either remove or update the availability of your products. Not doing so and accepting a potential clients money to later come back and say upon checking you don't have it which is misleading and falsely advertising...especially if that client is counting on that product which you claimed to have had and was renovating on a large scale because of it! FYI The item at time I placed it said you had 1 left NOT out of stock, why would any7one leave that amount of $$ sitting for an item that's already had its expected restock date move more than once. It DID NOT say out of stock!

I apologize for any inconveniences regarding the stock of the rug that you ordered. We completely understand how important this is when it comes to a large project. However, I have reviewed your order and I do see that at the time you placed the order, the item was advertised as out of stock with an estimated restock in February 2026. We still allow an order to be placed for back-ordered rugs as it allows our customers to have future stock allocated to their name. This does include taking payment at the time of the order, even for pre-orders.

I'm sorry things didn't work out this time and hope we get a chance to work with you again in the future.
