The colors and pattern of the rug were very pretty but the quality was disappointing. It felt more like a foam pad than a rug and there were a couple of loose threads around the edges. The 10% re-stock fee to return it was unnecessary.

Thanks for your honest feedback. I'm sorry the rug did not meet your expectations. We understand that sometimes rugs arrive and may not be a perfect fit. Since the rug wasn't deemed defective it did fall under our standard remorse return policy, which does include complimentary return labels and we only deduct a 10% restocking fee from your refund upon receipt of the return.

Quality and affordability
The rug is just as described and the colors online were accurate. With the premium rug pad, our new rug is a luxury to walk on. We are very pleased with the way it warms up our living room and the price was very reasonable.

Best customer service experience ever!
I had an initial experience when contacting Plush Rugs about my purchase, which did not meet my expectations. However, after connecting with Kyle A. (thank you!!), he turned what could have been a poor experience into a fabulous one! Also, Amber T. (thank you!) was quick to reach out with solutions for another rug.
