Our order was handled smoothly.
Our order was handled as smoothly as it could have been. We had occasion to contact the company and used email. Amber got right back to us, handled our request and was polite and efficient. The rug was shipped by FedEx and arrived in just a couple of days.

My Best Purchase of 2025
I had purchased a Nourison Jaipur large area from another store and it was very faded and more one color instead of multi. 'Plush Rugs' version, in a different chosen pattern, looks like it was just woven and is so beautiful, I couldn't be more pleased.
