I got a very high quality rug for my new home and it was shipped in an expedited manner and received in great condition. I did not get to choose the pattern or color because that was my fiance's decision. I don't hate the color, but I probably would have chosen something else. But that's not the fault of either the manufacturer or your company. You guys did a great job!

Delivered with 4 days. Soft, thin but decent quality. Looks like it does on the website. Color is on the surface so if you go against the grain it shows white - but this doesn’t show with normal use.

I think it's criminal they charge a restocking fee on a sample! Samples are 99% returned - that's stupid they charge a restocking fee on a sample!! Rugs I understand completely. But samples - that's ridic.

I'm sorry to hear about your frustration with your order. A couple things to address, for sample sizes we do provide a complimentary return label as well as offer to waive the restock fee if you elect to purchase the full size rug. This is fairly standard across the industry and I do apologize if we didn't meet expectations here.
With regards to your order specifically, you actually ordered the 2x3 and not the sample size we offer on the product page. The returns policy is essentially the same, we still provide a complimentary return label and if you elect to purchase the larger size we waive the restocking fee. I'll be sure your feedback gets to the right place, we try our best to make sure our customers have a great experience.

Ordered a rug that was frankly out of stock with other suppliers. The rug I received was defective and needed to be returned. Plush Rugs arranged for the return and the refund was processed promptly.

This rug is beautiful
This rug is beautiful! It replaces one just like it that we had for 5 years. It is on our family room, and takes a lot of abuse with dogs and grandkids.It is thick and plush! So happy to have found this great rug twice!!

I think there may be some confusion here with regards to your order. You placed an order with us back on January 11th for a rug, you then requested a cancellation on January 13th due to the item being back-ordered and we issued your refund in full the same day.
I also double checked and we haven't received any additional orders from you that this experience could stem from.
I'll be honest, I was rather concerned when I first read your review because we wouldn't ship a rug in that condition. I'm wondering if you may have left us a review for an order that you placed on another website.
