PlushRugs had the best price available for this rug, but I was unfamiliar with the company. I did some research and saw they have a physical headquarters and extensive company history, which made me much more confident in my purchase. Then, the shipping was so quick, which validated their shipping and distribution model. Would be glad to purchase from PlushRugs again!

Rug is deformed
I ordered a very large rug. It came folded in a box. Was this a return? I spent the last hour trying to flatten the stretched areas. I really hope this rug flattens. I spent over a grand and shouldn't have to do this. The rug otherwise is gorgeous. What a shame.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback regarding your order. Some manufacturers do make the decision to ship rugs above a certain size or material, folded as opposed to rolled. Unfortunately we don't have control over this decision and apologize for any frustration or concern.
Similar to rolled rugs, a folded rug will relax and lay flat, and the creases should entirely go away within a week or two of being placed in their intended location.
If for any reason you have issues after the rug has had a couple weeks to lay out, please reach out to our team. We would be happy to make sure any issues are resolved.

The rugs were exactly as pictured on the website. The website was very user friendly and there were many selections to choose from. Our rugs arrived on time and very carefully packaged to protect from cold and wet weather. Very happy with our purchase and will purchase from them again in the future. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for area rugs.

Did not receive, no communication
I placed an order for a beautiful rug but two weeks went by with no shipping information. I emailed the company and they responded that the rug is no longer in stock and they will be refunding my money. I could have ordered it elsewhere but it might be too late since I can't find the same rug in this size anywhere now. Terrible customer service at this company.

It did appear that at the time of the order we improperly had the product listed as available in a size that is not actually made or available by Nourison. It did take more time than expected to figure out what exactly was going on with the manufacturer and I have identified where our team should have been much more proactive in notifying you of the situation. I picked this company because of the low price. But, my experience with this company was anything but low! My rug was as described and sent in a VERY timely manner. I found out later that the company is based out of the US which is great; I had previously had a poor experience with a company out of Canada!
