En elke keer ontdek ik weer nieuwe features die het werk makkelijker maken maar altijd binnen dezelfde makkelijke interface. Ik had een klein issue met facturatie maar ook dat werd binnen no time opgelost door support.

Great support, active development, and a service that is within the EU and GDPR compliant.
Pricing is affordable as well. I don't have anything to complain about and hope that their user base grows.

The customer service was honestly among the best I've ever had.
I was struggling because I wanted to deploy a Debian box on several of my servers and noticed (too late) that they only supported Ubuntu.
Literally two days after writing, not only had they taken my comments on board, but they had added Debian to their supported flavors.
It was maybe a small gesture in itself, but to get listened to like that by a tech company was mind-blowing.
Exceptional team. Hugely recommend them.

GOATed service, takes all the headaches off of setting up one or multiple VPS, gives you quick ssl for as many domains as you want - really only nitpick is that the experience with multiple nextjs/custom deployments with different localhost ports becomes a little less ergonomic, but not a dealbreaker anyone who wants a panel for multiple servers+sites is right at home!

I shopped around for panels for webhosting and it's hard to find one that checks all the boxes and is from a trustworthy company. I was very excited when I stumbled upon Ploi and have been a loyal customer since.

We’ve been building our platform for a long time and have tried multiple control panels — all of them had issues that stopped us feeling confident they could scale.
Ploi has genuinely saved us a huge amount of development time. We can now deploy our apps across multiple servers with ease. Several times during setup we thought we’d need to build something ourselves, only to find Ploi already had a solution — and it just works.
We also had a use case the API didn’t currently support, and within a few hours the team had a solution ready for us. We were able to start using it straight away. What more could you ask for from a service provider?
If you want to spend more time on your product and less time dealing with DevOps and deployment headaches, Ploi is the answer.

Super easy to use server management. Takes all of the pain out of managing servers so I can stick to the code. There are lots of super helpful features, like suggestions if your deployment script is missing a feature, or if you're unnecessarily running a service. It's very affordable for the features it provides.

Update 16.5.25 — their support did get back with some helpful knowledge on the site user credentials question... so bumping up the score. And I have to say the server provisioning is a dream so far. Might knock this score up depending on the next support request :)

I am a new Ploi customer as of this week, and Im trialling their service as an alternative to Serverpilot, where I have been running a server for 8+ years.
The features seem to fit the bill of what I need. I like their ease of use for setting up Craft CMS sites for instance.
However, I did notice the documentation was a bit flimsy — and I am new to their particular method of setting up site users (as opposed to server users). So I thought I'd drop their support team a line... this all happened as of last night.
As with Serverpilot, you'd generally have a 'root' server user, then per-site users with restricted privileges.
So I setup a 'site' user as per their (somewhat cursory) documentation. I was surprised to find, when logging into the server from my laptop via Transmit with SSH key etc — that my 'site' user was able to 'see' the whole of the rest of the 'root' server, in other words files outside that site user's remit.
I sent a message explaining my confusion / concern, with a screenshot at 00:50 (I know, it was late, not expecting an instant reply!)
at 14:20 I get this from Stan
"Hi,
You can navigate to /home/user/, there you'll find your site directory."
I mean really?!
I know I'm not a devops expert, but it feels like their support failed to read the question. Or perhaps it's a (poor-quality) bot?
I am fully aware of where my site user's home folder is meant to be. I just don't want people with a 'site' user credentials to be able to nose around the whole server!
So I follow up with clarification / expanding on my user access question at 17:35.
So far no reply.
Further to this — two days ago — I send a message (before I signed up for a month), asking about their setup for monitoring sites. OK, this was BEFORE I handed over any money, so I wasn't a paid-up customer at that point, but still, it's not a good sign...

Looking at the reply here from Ploi confirms my low opinion of their support and customer interactions. This is clearly a bot / boilerplate response, that matches other low-scoring reviews here!
I am STILL a customer of Ploi, and their server provision product itself is good, however the documentation and support is — as of now — not good...

Outstanding service and invaluable on a daily basis.
I've used Ploi in all the startups I worked at and also have a personal account with them, given the huge gain of time and ease of mind I get out of it.
The features are really well-thought and organized and Ploi even has a public roadmap (you can vote on features) that lets you see how the product is evolving. We really needed a "replicate server" feature and were watching the roadmap every now and then until it launched in production. I don't really know an equivalent of such transparent communication in any other service I'm using.
But what I love the most are these two points: a very reasonable pricing grid (I pay the Pro Plan 13 €/month and its well worth it) and an outstanding support from Dennis.
The knowledge base could be more populated but every time I checked, I got very clear explanations about my current questions, so it has the basics (about SSL certificates, how to customize PHP settings, set up an hypervisor, etc.).
I'm a huge fan of Ploi, and highly recommend it.

Exceptional support, I get an answer mostly in minutes!
The zero downtime deployment takes some time getting used to because it works different then Deployer or Envoyer: Live folder is copied including the Git repo and then it needs only a git pull in the deploy script to merge in changes from origin; instead of a fresh clone on every deploy.
But after ironing out the little things, all works fine.
