My site hosted with them takes forever to load which I reported to them, and boom, next minute the ticket was closed, but guess what, my site still takes forever to load.

Yesterday, the web services and a Windows server were unavailable. All requests timed out. The outage lasted at least six hours. Furthermore, the 1-grid website was extremely slow.
Support didn't respond until 12 hours later with a standard automated message, asking for a screenshot. That is ridiculous; as an administrator, you surely know when a large part of the infrastructure goes down.

Absolutely zero personal service and it gets worse every year - about time I move my several sites and hosting services on to another provider.

So weekly for the past 4 weeks I have had billing issues with these totally untrained and incompetent people at 1-Grid. Billing agreements not stuck to, billing for deleted domains and they just "resolve" one issue and replace it with another. No customer support - always "high call volumes" no response to queries except for a support ticket which they resolve without resolving the query. Support technicians do not call back. Cancelled 2 webhosting services, paid the outstanding account, still no transfer to new host and now my website points to some other unsavoury company selling music. I was double billed, it took 2 weeks to resolve, and I was told I won't be credited for services I did not use. When trying to call you're usually nr 7 in line for about 40 mins and then you will be transferred to another department and join the que around nr 7 in line again. Best to load lots of airtime as you will be holding for a long time with no resolution

Nice guys but completly absent when you need support. Management are not contactable and have zero idea on customer service. I've been a client for 10+yrs and wouldn't reccomend them at all. Such poor communications and they never resolve issues.

Hi, My website has been down for many many days and was promised a phone call to explain what is going on, No phone call, No functioning website.

ABYSMAL "Support". Opened a ticket on 2 May 2026. It is the 7th today. No support or response even after escalating it MULTIPLE times and stressing that the matter is URGENT. 1 grid do not take their clients seriously and they certainly do not care about their clients either. Meanwhile I am paying for a service that I am not able to use and they don't care. Selma Benyamen, why do you not provide support on the opened ticket even after multiple escalations and questions?
The worst part. This is not the first time. It is EVERYTIME.

I have been a client for over 20 years but for the past three days, I have been unable to access my mailboxes due to some fault at 1-Grid. Have logged daily tickets, even requested personal interaction and yet - NOTHING. Clearly, 1-Grid has a problem, but ignoring clients in not the answer. All the bots and online support systems are pointless but 1-Grid provides no support number to call.

I love how the support team takes control and assisted with domain setup.
There were some points where they could have left me with the instructions to do myself, instead they stepped in and assist all the way.

Our SSL Certificate expired 8 March 2026. I created a supported ticket with 1-grid on the 3 March 2026 as there is no way to auto-renew the certificate in the portal. To date I still don't have access to the Certificate, I even called multiple times, logged multiple tickets, and to my surprise the tickets was just closed and now I have to go through the same process again. this is a horrible experience and will not be renewing again and do not recommend this service to any business. I still have no feedback and had to make another plan for the certificate as it is critical to our business.

Slow server, bad customer care, emails and websites was down for all most a month. my customers lost income as the website did not work correctly and the emails did not work. I will recommend that you don't use 1grid.

You did not assist in solving the problem. I did what you stated, you closed the ticket, and the problem still exists. We are still getting spam email from our own hosting domain.
I tried counting 1Grid so that we can sort out this problem. Was on hold for a total of 93min, on 4 calls, and every time the phone just drops.
So after 2 hours I received a reply from 1Grid regarding my issue on Trustpilot's site, but they still did not reply on my support ticket that I have logged before even posting on Trustpiolt. You get a faster response when you post reviews then you get via your support ticket.
