Best British ski brand
Can't fault them. Every time I've dealt with them - and I've been a customer for over 10 years - has been hassle free, dealt with quickly, and personable. Their gear is great, I wear their street gear all year round, and have represented the brand on 3 continents while working as an instructor. Their Fuss mechanism is great fun and really good for extra cheeky discounts and sneak peeks at what's coming up. My only quibble is a lack of kids gear! I recently became a dad and you can guarantee I've got a little shredder on my hands... But nothing to kit her out in!

Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service. I ordered a jacket and gloves on 2/10. Received the wrong order on 5/10. Contacted via email customer service on 6/10 no reply. 9/10 another email sent asking where my order was again no reply. 11/10 another email sent again no reply. 16/10 another email sent again no reply. 18/10 found a phone number online and ring and left a message still no response. 18/10 contacted through face book and Twitter still no response.
It’s shocking I have paid money for items that I have not received and no one from the Planks team has made contact with me after several attempts.
This resembles a scam and I will be contacting my bank shortly to report this.

Returned my item for an exchange
Edit… company responded to this stating they had now sent it - STILL NOT RECIEVED MY REPLACEMENT despite their comments below
Returned my item for an exchange, no replacements item received nor a refund, attempted to contact company via the customer services email - no response, via social media - no response, called- no agent available to take call. Now I’m without the item or my money! Worst customer services ever. Checked my tracking and the item had arrived back with the company also.

Absolutely appalling
No response to messages
I received both my orders without problems but had to make a few returns and have not received my refund. I have tried to get in contact via phone, email, Facebook and Instagram message and not received any response. I have spent a significant amount of money and cannot be out of pocket for much longer!
Purchases haven't arrived; poor customer service
I ordered a fleece and beanie on Friday 9 June 9. It's now Wednesday 21 June and I haven't received my purchases, which were supposed to arrive within 4-5 working days. On my account it states fulfilment "status unfulfilled". I have sent an email to Customer Services and tried contacting the Customer Services by phone (0161 5031890) but it goes straight to an answerphone. Having read other reviews, I have little faith in the company.
Where is my refund
I returned 2 items and I can see from the tracking that they were received 2 weeks ago. I have had no confirmation of this and no refund. I have emailed customer services and been ignored.

****update***** finally received my order after 12 days (granted there was a bank holiday in-between times but it didn’t come as a surprise, we had plenty of notice), very happy with the products but I’m only going to increase rating by one star due to the initial customer service.
I wish I’d read these reviews before placing my order. I ordered just over a week ago - received a confirmation email, payment was taken and nothing.
I’ve tried calling, goes to voice mail, no reply to emails, and I’ve messaged on Facebook. Very disappointed.

Poor customer service
I wanted to return an item. It must have been 3 weeks before I received my promised return label, during which I wrote numerous emails to customer service, none of which were ever answered. Only when I threatened to claim my money back via PayPal, I received my label. From the receipt of the return I had to wait another 2 weeks for the refund and sent several reminders.
As a customer, you do not feel taken seriously and if had not been so persistent, I would probably still be waiting for my return label. I would never order at Planks ever again.

No refund after 30 days
I was always a huge fan of the brands products and was looking forward to update my old yeti hunter series jackets and pants. Unfortunately I needed to return my order, as the new yeti series wasn’t fitting as good as the old one did.
I returned the parts on April 1st. Delivery arrived on April 3rd in the dedicated warehouse. Since that I am waiting to get my refund transferred. Lot of e-mailing back and forth, but no clear explanation or outlook when the transfer will be done. Beside that customer service requires 3-4 days to answer, they seem unclear on what’s going on but in a friendly way. I just want to know when I get my money back!
Unfortunately I cannot recommend to order at planks clothing at this moment. The current performance is really disappointing.

Poor quality & warranty support
I purchased a pair of Planks clothing ski bibs via Evo in November 2021. They lasted 1.5 seasons before the crotch seam failed and burst open, rendering the bibs unusable. I tried to warranty them through Evo (who were very helpful throughout the process), but the claim was denied because Planks claimed that "this tear is not covered under warranty as from the photos it shows a tear to the fabric and then a crotch split as a result of this". I will not be buying anything from Planks again, and I would recommend others look elsewhere for a company that will actually stand behind their product.

Love the planks gear, I have the Men’s Charger 3-Layer Bib and Jacket and they’ve been brilliant this season. I wear them everyday rain or shine and they’re 100% waterproof!

Issue still not resolved
It appears that communicating through trust pilot is the only way to prompt a response from the Planks customer service team. It really shouldn't need to take 4 x days to follow up with confirmation. Therefore, can you please come back to me immediately and help me resolve my issue ?

Zero customer service!
Frankly should be zero stars for zero customer service response! Placed an order and paid for the delivery but alas, no confirmation received. After one week, I emailed the customer services for an update who appear non existent. Over the next three days of asking for status without success, decided this company is not legit. Resembles a scam or near enough experience. Chargeback is in progress. Any apologies are too late sadly. Don’t recommend using this company for the service alone.

Avoid this company. I went via the website to approve a return and was emailed back to say my return was approved and I’d receive a return label separately. 2 weeks later and 3 emails to the company requesting this and I’m still waiting. Terrible customer service - no reply at all it appears they are completely ignoring me and I am not able to return my item. I’m now £100 out of pocket. I’ve also reached out via social media but have heard nothing.
