The arm on my rapha jacket was so badly damaged from where I came off I never thought you would be able to repair it but you took it on and repaired it
When you sent it back to me I thought it was a new one as the repair was that good
And the best bit is it was free
I will certainly be buying the rest of my gear from rapha

Exemplary service.
This was one of the best experiences regarding how fast I was able to solve issue with the product from Rapha. And the replacement unit was sent out the same day with express delivery. Top-notch service if you ask me.

For the first time I had to make a return to Rapha and I was a little bit worried about the effectiveness of the procedure. Well, it went all very well, service has been really smooth, efficient and fast, 5 stars to Rapha!

I don't know what more there is to say. When you've been treated with good customer service and are delivered a solid quality product you know the company is excellent to work with. Rapha is the gold standard.

Schlechte Produktqualität und Bewertungs-Zensur
Ich habe drei Mal bei Rapha bestellt. Mit den Lieferungen hat immer alles geklappt, ich hatte eine Reklamation und die wurde zufriedenstellend bearbeitet. Das ist jetzt aber auch schon eine Weile her, denn ich bestelle dort nicht mehr. Der Grund ist ganz einfach: die Qualität ist mies.
Auf die Marke aufmerksam geworden bin ich durch ein Youtube-Video von einer Frau, die dort sagt, sie hätte ihre Radlerhose von Rapha schon 500 Mal getragen und entsprechend oft gewaschen. Nun denn, das hier sind meine Erfahrungen:
Gefütterte Winterhose, 320 €. Schon nach einer Wintersaison zeigte der Stoff am Polster Auflösungserscheinungen, wie "durchgesessen". Maximal 1.000 km gefahren.
Innenhose mit seitlichem Mesh. Die Hose übersteht keinen Sommer, bevor der Stoff (nicht das Mesh) sich wie alte Bademode auflöst.
Mehrere Radlershosen: das gleiche Problem. Sogar durch im-Schrank-Liegen ist mir eine Hose gealtert, überall kommen kleine weiße Elastanfäden raus.
Einzig okay: ein Helm (produziert von POC) und eine Paclite Goretex-Regenjacke mit Kapuze, mit der ich sehr zufrieden bin. Die hat sogar ein Feature, was nirgends steht: wenn man den Reißverschluß von unten öffnet, können die freien Ecken mit Druckknöpfen von innen befestig und "weggeklappt" werden. Das ist gut, wenn man auf dem Rennrad vornüber gebeugt fährt.
Neben der mangelhaften Qualität der Produkte führt jedoch hauptsächlich dieser Punkt hier zur Abwertung: Über bazaarvoice vergebene (schlechte) Produktbewertungen werden nicht veröffentlicht. Das geht GAR NICHT. Sorry Rapha, nie wieder.

Modische, gute Produkte, aber ein arroganter und definitiv nicht kunden-orientierter Kundenservice (obwohl es immer anders versprochen wird). Für mich ein Grund künftig eher Ryzon oder Assos zu kaufen.

This site is a complete scam. I returned several items but never received a refund. I’ve tried contacting customer service multiple times and haven’t gotten any response. I strongly advise against ordering from them!

These weren't Rapha's fault, but their customer service exceeded my expectations. They were my first company for cycling clothing, and I already refuse to switch away from them. They provided me with great service and their products are built tough.

Honest review. I have been with Rapha since 2021. Spend a lot of bucks and gotten mostly nice and high quality clothes, always aiming for the pro team system. In general it’s been good quality though sometimes it has slipped. In those instances Rapha has always delivered great service by replacing products that didn’t meet their standards or subsidizing new products. That’s is a key reason why I stick with companies like Rapha and Wahoo. Always giving that extra bang for the buck.
Last years product lineup was a bit doll and dissapointing but the new systems for this year is as bunkers as previous seasons. Now I can’t wait to try out my new pro team cargo bibs 🫣
