I bought a long pair of PNS cycling tights at Maats.cc in the Netherlands at the end of February. After barely two rides, I already noticed that some fibers around the chamois area of the tights were starting to fray. After about ten rides, the damage in that same spot had become quite severe. It’s beyond repair. After just a month and a half, the tights look as if I’ve been using them for five years.
I emailed both Maats.cc and PNS, but of course received no response. I’ve ordered from these shops before, and this is how a returning customer is treated. Definitely not recommended — but I guess you already figured that out.
Does it surprise you that the majority of positive reviews regarding the company PNS come from people who have written only one review?

Amazing Service
A few weeks ago my package was lost after it was delivered to the delivery service. An investigation has been started together with an employee of PAS Normal.
Unfortunately the package has not been found.
What I really appreciate from the employees of PAS Normal is that I was able to have my "lost" order redelivered without extra costs.
I was also very pleased with the helpfulness and customer service....

IGNORIERT vom Kundenservice!!!
Bei meiner Bib und Jersey sind Nähte lose. Leider wird meine Reklamationsanfrage seit 2 Wochen einfach ignoriert. Hatte dasselbe Problem schon letzten April, da habe ich es dann ganz aufgegeben. Finde es eine Frechheit, dass man vom Kundenservice einfach ignoriert wird! Dass bei einer Bib von über 200€ nach ein paar Monaten die Nähte einfach lose sind, geht natürlich auch nicht.
