Nunca llegó el pedido. Estafa en toda regla. Tampoco devuelven el cobro en la tarjeta

I ordered 2 SETS of 2 Lounge chairs with cushions (4 x chairs total). Received confirmation of order with order number. I also received 2 packages. The packages were parts, literally 2 legs for the chairs. When i checked the website, it says "order fulfilled" . The only option you have for customer support is an email address. I emailed them 7 times with no response. I googled a phone number, and they are all "out of service" when i tried to call. I filed a complaint with the BBB and submitted a claim with the credit card company. Pier1 has still not responded to me, BBB, or the credit card number and i never received my order. It is so bizarre, because i literally receive coupons and correspondence from them every day.
I would not take a chance with this company. I think they bank on most people just not taking action for their lack of fulfillment.

Estafa de página. Te cobran incluso más de lo que ponen en la web y después de un mes de esperar por unos zapatos llega un sobre pequeño con un artículo de plástico que no vale ni lo que te piden por aduanas. Si queréis algo de PierOne compradlo por Zalando y no cometáis el mismo error.

Horrible takeover of such a beautiful store Pier One Imports. I would never have ordered here from day 1. Their products are Not even close to the gorgeous selection they used to have. Just another Junk store online now and after reading these reviews of delivery, returns, and overall non-existent customer service, it is unbelievable they are still in operation… AND
my experience started not 12 months ago, it was from the First day of online store launched in 2022.

Small votives (4pack, watermelon zing) that I like come with too shortened wicks. The candles self extinguish in the liquefied wax after an hour or so.

Bought some expensive Christmas ornaments that were packed poorly and paint was chipped off the top and one ornament was broken. Wrote to them twice with no response. Buyer beware there is NO customer support.

UK fronted website that ships from China, but doesn't mention it.
That's not even the worst part.

Their payment gateway is also based in China, so unless you use Monzo or similar, you will get charged a foreign transaction fee after paying.

But that's not even the worst part.

Also your stuff won't even turn up, and you'll have to email a random @hotmail account to try and get a refund. I'll wait a few days and then issue a charge-back on my credit card.

pierone, or pier1, or pieronenl.com (I ordered from the dutch version of this site, all mentioned websites look the same) is fraudulent website. Like many other reviews, after my purchase I never received confirmation email, I tried to contact them, never got answer. Not only that, but it looks like they took my credit card details because I discovered I had number of transaction that I didn't make (investigation is ongoing now). So if you are lucky to read reviews before ordering from there- stay away from this site. If you unfortunately didn't read this, check your credit card activity for a few months period from the moment you used it there.

Estafa. Te cobran en su web y no te envían el producto. Es denunciable.

I ordered a fall wreath from Pier 1 and when I opened the box I could believe that I was charged over $80 for the cheapest looking merchandise!! I immediately requested a return label and a refund. Pier 1 does NOT give refunds any longer. You get a merchandise credit. What a disappointment. I will never purchase anything from them again. Pier 1 used to be a great place to shop. I guess if you like cheaply made decor and don’t mind not getting a full refund for your purchase then this is up your alley.

The order never arrived.
Their customer contact point, some ‘Barry Juliana’, is a liar and a dishonest hustler.

Placed an order in Jan of 23. Never received the product. Numerous attempts to get resolution through their empty support email address is a joke. Service is Non-existence. Phone is constantly fast busy. W-T-F.

Ordered 20 Christmas ornaments as a yearly tradition for our relatives from my son.
I did not receive all of them and customer service is a joke. Still waiting for my order or a response from over 6 months ago.Don’t waste your time or money on Pier One online orders.

Very frustrated that Pier 1 is ignoring my emails…it has been months since I paid $279 March 4, 2023 for a product that their app shows never shipped. Their system sends automated acknowledgements of receipt of my emails but no specific reply after that. If anyone is preparing a law suit, I’ll join in.

Es una estafa.
Hice un pedido hace mes y medio, aún no ha llegado y no responden a los mensajes.

They will not honor original Pier 1 gift cards even though they purchased the company. Their prices on the website are insanely high as well. Do not do business with this company!

I ordered a papasan chair for $140 in November 2022. They took my money but never got the chair. I get the same automated message every time. If you call customer service, they tell you to email and the vicious cycle continues. Thieves!!!!!

In Jan 2023, out of the blue, my husband started getting a $9.99 "membership" charge on his credit card for Pier 1. He's never bought anything from this retailer. Ever. We can't get a response from customer service. Phone number doesn't work. Email response, like others have said, is a generic form letter saying "We're really busy. We're looking into it." It's an auto-debit! No way to cancel online. No way to talk to a person. This company is obviously going down the bankruptcy hole but how they got my husband's card info is beyond me and pretty disturbing. CHECK YOUR BANK AND CARD STATEMENTS because it appears they're digging around in the digital couch cushions for a few extra quarters before going down in flames.
