Yikes! I ordered a 9’ patio umbrella that I could not assemble securely because it was defective and missing the locking mechanism that attaches the top part of the umbrella to the bottom pole. I reached out to the customer service chat to see if I could get a new product and submitted pictures. The chat “team member” (aka AI masquerading as a person) told me to call their 800 number and I would “get a resolution immediately.” Well, I should have come here first. The customer service agent didn’t even try to help and just gave me an email for a claims department that deals with “defective products like this.” When I asked if she was saying I have a defective product for when I email claims she yelled “NO! I didn’t say that!!” Classic. She also told me the chat on the customer service tab of their website isn’t actually customer service. Though I would argue no one there is. Buyer beware and hope your products arrive without a single problem…
Sham Scam
I ordered a perfectly pretty bedspread and shams, in ivory and seaglass. A bedspread and ONE sham arrived. Honestly, I'm still not sure if they charged my debit for one or two, since their charges on my account never seem to be what I thought they were to be at time of purchase. I called. They promptly sent a ivory and navy sham. The shipping cost made the cost of the sham almost double. I called again. They issued a 'Happy Return' QR code and promptly sent me a mud-colored sham. By now, I'm sure you know I was delighted. Grr. I called again, that same day to be sure that they didn't send the mud-colored sham, and they assured me it would be ivory and seaglass. Alas, mud arrived. In addition, they charged shipping again AND charged me over a $10 fee for reimbursing my debit card. You see, each time I was sent the wrong item, they had to charge my card anew and reimburse prior payment, but that means they got their 'fee' each time, too. The last time I called to get the correct sham, the sham had been clearance-priced, from $19.99 to $11.20. The rep assured me I would only be charged $11.20, but you know that my card was debited $19.99. After several weeks of this sham scam, I finally got a bedspread and two shams, along with the rock-solid conviction that I will NEVER do business with Brylane Home again.

WHEN THE ITEMS FINALLY ARRIVED, THE PATTERN ON THE BEDSPREAD WAS NOT CENTERED, SO IT IS NOT EASY TO GET THE PATTERN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE BED. GO FIGURE, IT WAS MADE IN CHINA. WILL NOT BE BUYING ANYTHING AGAIN.

Never order from this company. I was waiting and waiting for an order (they never told me there would be a delay) so I cancelled the entire order. I think it was sent from China on a cargo ship or something. I thought everything was resolved. Any part of the order I got was returned. Then I get emails about a problem with PayPal and I owed them money. They send me a picture telling me I received the item, but it was the picture from a PRIOR ORDER. They are threatening to send me to collections now. Unbelievable.
It is hard getting your money back from Brylane.
I have ordered from Brylane before and have been pleased with the merchandise I have received. However, I have just learned, the hard way, that if there is a problem with your order, you are screwed. Item never arrived and the follow up has become very shady. First I'm told to call back in 10 days to request a refund. Next time I'm told it takes 20 days. When I questioned the discrepancy, I was told he didn't know why the other person said that. I asked if he could show me where I could find the policy and procedure in writing and he said it was only available on his "system." After reading the other complaints on this website I see now that I'll probably never get my merchandise or my money back. Tough lesson. I'll see if my bank will be able to help me but since it was a debit card I'm not sure.
Stole my money
I used a gift card my mom got me and they sent me the entirely wrong item. When I returned it, they said they could only give me a small part of the gift card back because I had paid the out of pocket cost through PayPal? And on top of that, trying to communicate with them took weeks, and their customer service seems mostly written by AI. What a scammy website. Do not recommend.
Order never Received
I ordered on online on 1/21 and to date have not received the product. Contacted their customer service 5 times to receive a refund and has been told it would be processed even told that I need to file out a claim form which was totally bogus. I suggest that no one do business with this shady company. I would rate then-1 if that was possible.

This company is a fraud!!! I bought a pop up Christmas tree - lights went out in less than a season and they would not replace - offered me $27.00 for my trouble!! They are expensive and do not stand behind their product.
Received the wrong item - won’t refund full amount paid
I ordered cafe curtains and received a 4ft lit Christmas tree! Hauled the VERY heavy package into my home…….bought packing tape to retape the box for return …….hauled the VERY heavy package for return shipping to Brylane Home ……spoke with customer service 4 times and was always assured I would receive a FULL refund for something I DID NOT order. Brylane returned item cost, but NOT shipping and handling charges. So ……. I have no curtains and have paid $12.00 for a Christmas tree I never ordered!
Misleading advertising re: FREE SHIPPING
Although I was pleased with the product (a comforter), I only purchased it from Brylane as the website stated I would receive a rebate for the shipping charges. After waiting over 2 weeks, I called, & found out I could only have the &14.98 shipping charge APPLIED TO MY NEXT PURCHASE. This is NOT a rebate, was (intentionally?) misleading, & I will make no further purchases from this company.
Misleading website, POOR customer service
When reading the item description of a product on their website, under the "Shipping & Returns" tab, it only stated that there would be $6 delivery fee. Unbeknownst to me, the $6 fee was ON TOP of their $30 shipping. They told me that the $6 was an extra fee for the item being "Heavy". I was surprised that a pop-up Christmas tree would be considered heavy. The website's description made ZERO mention of this collapsible/pop-up Christmas tree being overweight. Luckily, I never opened the box because I was waiting for a rep to give me a straight answer about the refund/return process. In the end, I have to return it, and pay for the shipping, BOTH WAYS. STAY AWAY from this company. They are very deceitful, their website is misleading, and the customer service is poor, even for the standards, nowadays.
I bought a multi color led light tree
I bought a multi color led light tree, they sent a poinsettia tree. Called costumer service and they gave a credit for shipping and a 20% discount for their fault but I had to ship back the wrong tree on my dime. The tree cost 112.00 dollars the least expense UPS....122.00. DO NOT BUY FOR THIS WEBSITE!

We had to jump through hoops and have multiple phone calls to return them because theyre a "heavy item"
We were told on the phone we had to pay return shipping but they would reimburse us. We shipped through ups, confirmed they received the return, and gave them amount it cost for return shipping so they could reimburse us. The first lady was very rude when we explained that we were calling to get reimbursed for the return shipping + item + original shipping. she kept repeating about the original shipping cost + item cost only. We were transferred to a busy line so we hung up to try again. Eventually we were transferred to someone helpful and we even got this lady on the phone to say they'd reimburse us the total amount they originally promised.
It's been weeks and what we got credited back to our CC was less than what the original item+shipping cost... now we are working with our CC company to get the full refund of item + all the shipping costs.

I purchased and paid for a Christmas…
I purchased and paid for a Christmas tree with a delivery date of November 13th, as indicated on the Brylanehome website. However, when I checked on the status of the order on November 14th, after not receiving the tree, I was informed by customer service that it was with FedEx. It would have been helpful to receive an update sooner.
Now FedEx - who said it would be delivered today doesn't even have my shipping info!!! Never again will I make the mistake of trying to purchase at Brylanehome. Sham!

I strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from BrylaneHome to expect delays and zero help if anything goes wrong. My experience was defined by an utter lack of empathy and a complete refusal by their customer service team to take responsibility for their own fulfillment process.
The Problem: Shipping Nightmare
I ordered new bedding on October 16th. The tracking information has been stalled since October 22nd, showing the item as "out for delivery" but never arriving. As of today, November 5th, the product is still missing.
The Breakdown: Non-Existent Customer Service
The real frustration began when I reached out for support. I have called BrylaneHome twice and sent one email. In all cases, the response was a canned, parroting reply that completely neglected the core issue of my missing package.
Instead of contacting their shipping provider—the company they hired—to initiate a trace or replacement, I was essentially told to call the shipping provider myself and sort out the issue. This is a severe failure to take accountability for their end-to-end service.
Communication and Empathy Gaps
There is a strange dynamic where their representatives seem completely oblivious to the breakdown in communication, resulting in a profound lack of empathy. Furthermore, in each call, I encountered a communication gap due to English not being the first language of the representative, which only compounded the stress and prevented a clear, effective resolution.
Final Caution
If you are considering buying from BrylaneHome, be prepared for severe frustration. If your order ships correctly, you'll be fine. If your delivery is delayed or lost, you will find that their customer service is quick to negate your issue, slow to respond, and unwilling to perform the basic tasks necessary to resolve a fulfillment error. They will not advocate for you.

I do not recommend. Had an item on sale for 199.99 and was given a promo code BHEHOME30 which should have given me 50.00 off. They keep telling me the sale price was my discount. PLEASE then why did I add the promo code if its always it this same sale price of 199.99??????
CS Reps, managers, and all the up are rude and don't care to work with the customer
Customer service reps are very rude and unsupportive. I called to ask for help on (what I call fraudulent) late fees on my mother’s order. The first CS rep answered the call and immediately started talking and asking for a credit card on the overdue balance. I didn't even get my question in as to why I was calling. They claim if you mail a check for payment that it will take up to 14 business days for it to process, so if it doesn't process on time, you incur a late fee of $41. And if you don't pay the late fee you incur another late fee. My 87 year old mother, who doesn't use a computer or cell phone, paid by check two weeks before the due date, and this happened to her. They told me she had to pay. Spent an hour on the phone, going from dept to dept only to be told the same thing, that we are responsible. I finally got thru to a rep that at least showed some customer service quality and didn't blame the post office, but helped to settle the dispute in a professional manner. The four people before him were not so unprofessional. Nice job Brylane taking advantage of a senior on a limited income and incurring fees over fees rather than working with the customer. To top it off, they sent her the wrong item to begin with.
Don't expect your order for months.
I placed an order for a valance. I inadvertently ordered 2 instead of just one. I did a live chat to see if I could change the order sine I placed the order the sane day. I was told "Unfortunately, I am unable to cancel or modify an in-process order. However, you may return it for free and receive a refund." I also noticed on the email confirmation that the order wouldn't be shipped until 1/9/26. I told the CSR that I wouldn't need the item then and that it was ridiculous that you couldn't modify an order that was just placed. When I told the rep I was going to leave a bad review miraculously she was able to cancel my order. I will never order anything from this company again.
Horrible experience
I would give it zero stars if it were a choice.
I ordered a bedspread with a total cost of $160 08, a month later I have not received it. Tracking with FedEx shows it in Dallas and “undeliverable “ whatever that means. When I called the first time they said I had to wait 21 days after something. It was already 20 days after I ordered it. I just now called again, 32 days after I placed the order and I’m told the supervisor will call me back because the person I talked to can do nothing. It sounded like there was a party going on behind him. I hate being tricked into thinking you are buying from a reputable company.
