Photobook is flexible with designs. Also my photobook exceeded my expectations by its high quality result.

Loved the lay flat photobook I ordered for a friend's gift. Great quality and the customer service team is as always helpful. Thanks for the quick turnaround, totally worth it at a great price!

I received top-notch printing and construction from my photobooks and couldn't be happier with how they turned out. They staff are really helpful and listened to all of my questions.

I tried to change an already printed project to match a voucher for a second book and was unable to, REALLY BAD. The time given to use vouchers IS NOWHERE NEAR LONG ENOUGH to make a photobook from scratch. I'M SICK OF WASTING MONEY BUYING VOUCHERS I CAN'T USE BECAUSE OF PHOTOBOOK'S RULES AND CONDITIONS

I ordered 3 prints, paid $20 x 3 for postage. Two prints arrived in the same box in a timely manner. The third print never arrived. I had to complain 3 times before it was finally delivered. It arrived in a damaged state - damaged in printing, not in the delivery. They finally replaced this image a month after ordering. As this image and one from the original two were for one client and arrived around three weeks apart this has caused a lot of damage to my business. I was happy with the quality of the printing once the third one was reprinted.

Have been using Photobook for the past couple of years - fabulous products at a great price

I have used Photobook worldwide for quite some time but more regularly lately. The quality of publishing is outstanding and greatly admired by my family in Europe. I would like to acknowledge the support team in Melbourne who are always patient, supportive and willing to assist. Service with a smile!! at all times which is rare. I particularly thank Annalise who exceptionally kind and helpful. Uphold your quality.

During CoVid lockdown your app enabled creativity to happen and lovely products produced. Sometimes the enthusiasm to order a new thing would get in the way of sound logic thinking and I’d miss navigate my way through the ordering process, which meant redoing and double checking. Each time this happened I was given credit and helpful support from your online staff. Unfortunately, there were probably many like me who needed assistance and wanted it timely... or straight away. However, the quality end result was worth waiting for...my large photo print gets praise from guests.

I have always had excellent service from Photobook. In my recent experience, the photobook which arrived was damaged. This was quickly rectified with the issue of another, perfect copy. Creation of the project is easy and delivery is always on time. The books are well crafted and great quality.

I bought 3 2021 calendars at end 2020 as Christmas gifts. They arrived and were 2020 calendars! I requested replacements and 3 were eventually sent but were bound wrong so the grid of one month was adjacent to the next month’s picture etc (so January grid with February text & photo). I requested 3 additional replacements and those next 3 had the same problem again! There is clearly no QA process with this company, just print, pack and hope for the best.
I then requested a refund and they tried not to give it to me, were very difficult to communicate with. Until I opened a PayPal dispute. I’ve ordered successfully from them in the past but this experience was awful. Won’t bother with them in the future.

I have used photobook often and have always had prompt delivery of the product. This is the first time I had to wait a number of weeks and wrote in to enquire what was happening. I did eventually receive my item and I was very happy with it. So it was only the delivery lag that was the problem.

We used Photobook Australia to create a bunch of canvas prints from our travel.

The UX of the website is good, the functionality is fantastic with an easy product editor to customize almost everything but it just takes some time.

I would also highly recommend Photobook Australia for their customer service as well.
