Spent literally days trying to complete a photo book, the website is confusing, the customer service is no existent so I went else where. Such a waste of my time so don't waste yours. Plus you will be inundated with emails so literally had to block.

FANTASTIC!!!! I got the most beautiful photo albums from my holidays. They are stunning, great quality and very well priced. They always have great sales. Took a week to get to me in Vic Australia. I have just ordered 2 more. I’m beyond excited to get them.

Support for using this platform is a joke and they don't respond to emails

I made an ordered a photo book with a gift box. I also ordered a fridge magnet which I still haven’t received. When the Order arrived the gift box was damaged and torn in the corners. When I opened the first page the binding glue pulled little pieces off the first page close to the spine. I contacted snapfish to rectify which they gladly did at no extra charge. When I received the 2nd replacement order the gift box was good but again, the binding glue tore little pieces off at the spine. I wouldn’t order again for a gift from snapfish.

Very cheap prints for a reason, quality is honestly horrendous. I printed canvas and regular prints in different sizes and every single one arrived pale and with cool blue undertone. There is no email to contact customer support, only live chat which keeps cutting on me, kicking me off and you have to start over and over again. Honestly prints are so ugly I won't use them I feel scammed.

I have used Snapfish for about five years and have received at least 3 books where page fell out, they replaced the book and these replacements have held up so far. my biggest gripe is the lag on the editing page where it seems to take way too long to add text or move photos around. Time to look for a replacement photo book company

Ordered a large print, lost $200. Australia Post did not even recognise Snapfish’s tracking number. Never delivered, their live chat was useless, give them a miss.

I’m surprised by the negative reviews. I have used Snapfish several times and think they are amazing. Good quality books, delivered quickly, easy to use software and very affordable. I would recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely crazy delivery fee. Only wanted to order a mug and the fee for delivery was $80!

After researching a number of other companies that can create photobooks - I went with Snapfish (what a mistake that was). I spent hours collating photos of my daughter from my hard drives, phones, social media to create a photobook of her life to present to her on her 18th Birthday. I then spent hours formatting it on the Snapfish website. Double/triple checked everything and paid the $120.00. 4 days later with no reasoning and now too late to use another company - I receive an email from Snapfish to say there is an issue and they can't supply my order and I will receive a refund. Customer service number would appear to be in America, Australian customer service chat doesn't work (just keeps coming up with error messages). Utterly heart breaking that I can present my daughter with such a gift on her 18th Birthday dinner.

Why is it so difficult to login to an ongoing project

Oh my goodness Snapfish! I just received my first order & my book far exceeds my expectations. My heart exploded all over the place, it's beautiful, thank you.

Snapfish used to be amazing but no longer sadly. I ordered a special album with images taken on an excellent Canon camera. They turn up too dark and nothing like I'd designed on screen. I used the feedback Bot and was put in touch with a Human twice, two reprints later but it looked no different. Sadly I won't use them again, I'm going to try Once Upon. One star for at least reaching a Human.

Great quality photo book and high quality images !! Came one week earlier than expected and was the perfect gift for any event or celebration!!

I live in Perth. First order arrived. Normal. Second order - sent to NZ twice!!! What was supposed be a very special item - forever stuck in the post and having to fight for a refund 2 months and 2 attempts of shipping the same item. Pretty simple stuff - Sydney to Perth. Package sent to NZ where it is stuck in the system

Orders- missing, incorrect, damaged. Customer service - call centres based in Asian countries, responses are exact repetitions, ‘escalating’ means email which you don’t here from to resolve the issue, $5-10 credit vouchers given towards shipping of next order. THIS ALL POINTS TOWARDS A COMPANY OPERATING FROM ASIA AS A SCAM . I have had to change all bank details.

I ordered photos at the start of March and I never received my online photos. My son needed them for a school project. It's been a month and there's no way to email anyone for support. I'm very disappointed and I will print my photos with big w next time.

Delivery times are terrible even with express. My package didnt arrive, contacted them asking for help, and they just dont bother replying. avoid at all costs

If negative stars were possible I would use them. I ordered a photo jigsaw puzzle from Snapfish as a gift and it arrived with no reference photo to enable building the puzzle, so useless. After much difficulty dealing with their chat-only customer service that had a high disconnect rate, they agreed the puzzle should have had a reference photo and resent the order. Same thing happened two more times and each time, there was no reference photo despite assurances that this time they’d get it right. I finally gave up and requested a refund which I was told was being done immediately. It never came. Each frustrating interaction with the company took at least 30 minutes and they never provided what they promised or refunded my money. They are a nightmare to deal with. Absolutely avoid at all costs.

I was not advised the book had arrived and was left on the ground under the rain, it got spoiled. Waste of time and money.
