Momento is an amazing book design and publication platform. My family could not believe how professional our recently produced family recipe book looks and feels. And the service is excellent. On two occasions the team went above and beyond to solve issues. I can't recommend Momento highly enough.

I have been using Momento for around 15 years. In this time I have produced ten photobooks with a variety of content, the largest being 189 pages. I have found Momento staff to be incredibly responsive when I have needed help and the software has continued to be easy, flexible and reliable to use and the end product always of a high quality. I find it remarkable that support has remained so consistent and great over such a long period. Thank you Momento staff for such an enjoyable experience.

As a returning customer I was pleased that I again chose Momento. My project was to give my children and grandchildren a Memory book tracing their family history from stories of their ancestors up to photos of themselves. The excellent software and expertise of Momento staff turned my amateurish attempt into a professional book that exceeded my expectations and everyone loves it. So pleased Momento is a local company - the staff are very accessible via phone and email and have solved my problems quickly on several occasions.The Clamshell boxes are well worth the extra cost - they will preserve the books safely for my grandchildren in the years ahead. Once ordered printing was quickly done and the packaging was excellent. Thankyou Momento- I will be back again.

I'm not on Facebook so can't send a public review to you but I wanted to thank you Gina, and others for helping me through the process. The books arrived yesterday and I love them - thank you. I've used Momento before and know of your quality. It's superb. I love the Australian Owned part too. I knew some of my photos wouldn't be brilliant given the ! warning the software gives but they still had to go in!

I used Momento recently to create a covert special photo book that documents the education journey of our Sponsored Student in Tanzania East Africa. There was a very tight deadline as I planned to hand deliver the book to him and his family at his For m 6 Graduation. I received a notification that there was a production delay. I realised these things can happen however I sent an email to the Momento email contact explaining the situation and the response was immediate. Obviously all stops were pulled out and the book arrived well in time for my trip. The communication was incredible keeping me up to date with where the delivery was up to. I was absolutely thrilled with the quality of the production and can’t wait to give this special photo book to our Student and his family this month - he has achieved so much. I absolutely recommend Momento 100% - ease of use of the development process, communication and super quality product!! Thankyou x

Using Momento's software to build your photo book could not have been easier to use. Great help tools on the website. Bottom line for me was the colour reproduction was exactly as I saw on my monitor. Then you get to see a proof version of your book to ensure it will exactly as you have put it together. Their online help & examples covers all your questions. Informative short video clips very helpful. Paper selection & book size very easy to decide. You can also see other photo books to see a finished item. Lastly it is the end High Quality that seals the deal. You get what you pay for.

I would like to express my gratitude for the way my order was processed.
Once my order was placed, I realised the despatch date was going to be more than the 14 day lead time specified on the website, and was too late as I was going to be away at that time. I phoned Momento and spoke to a very kind and understanding gentleman who was very sympathetic to my cause as this photo book was a special gift for my sister's 70th birthday. He immediately made the necessary arrangements to bring forward the despatch date to suit my needs.
I was very grateful to receive the photo book within ten days of ordering, fantastic outcome!

I had been sitting on this series of photos for a couple of years now and since the photos had a special place in my family's memory both in terms of time and in place I wanted to do something special with them. Most are mounted waiting to be framed but after using other photo book sites for grandchildren and family photos I decided to put these images into a book. I needed more than most other online books had to offer and after looking and comparing I decided on Momento.
I could not be happier with the results. The final product, the professional presentation and the quality of the prints were wonderful. They more than matched my expectations. Congratulaions and thank you.
