21 months with no functioning heating and hot water system. Five years since the whole system was condemned.
They don't answer emails and they don't answer the phone.

Brilliant
Very polite and efficient, installed a new boiler for us, they were here at bang on 8am and had it done within 4 hours, they checked everything was up and running properly and even checked the fire alarms before leaving :)

i had a team of 3 operatives working in my house for 4 days .they were prompt in arriving each day , all 3 operatives were clean. tidy workmen. work involved installing a replacement heat source pump & all the copper pipework. result is my wife & I are very pleased with the workforce & the finished completed job,
also they were all very pleasant & curteous
Very bad Communication within the…
Very bad Communication within the company, expects you to work around them. Sends engineers out to the appointment you cancel. But then doesn’t give you the date you actually changed it for.
Gives the engineers wasted trips.
Engineers are faultless id like to add never had a problem always professional and brilliant.

Terrible experience. NEVER AGAIN
A couple of weeks ago our boiler broke down. A guy came the next day looking to fix the part. It has now been 4 weeks and the boiler still isn't fixed. The customer service agents are rude and blatently lie telling us they're coming today and they never turn up. The engineers have poor communication skills and leave a mess after they finish. On top of everything I've just said, I told them I have a volnerable adult in the house and need the boiler working ASAP, it didn't change a thing. This has to be the worst company I have ever come across. If you have the option NEVER use these people

Sound engineer & gas safety check
Got a notification to say engineer was on the way. Steve was friendly and helpful in answering my questions on boiler pressure, did a thorough gas safety check. Great job 👍
Changing an appointment .
Very helpful I had to change my appointment for my gas service at the last moment they were very understanding and accommodating 10 out of 10.

Came on time and Liam the plumber was perfect and very professional and very good at what he does, tidied up after and friendly, did his job no complaints
Absolutely shocking!!
Absolutely shocking! I had a Gas service booked between the hours of 12:00 - 5:00 therefore booked UNPAID time of work, rushed back home having spent £17 in a taxi to make it on time without losing extreme hours, which I have now obviously lost for no good reason! I awaited and awaited… both windows on both sides of my apartment was open - buzzer was on, no sound of buzzer ringing either inside or outside! I sat in silence with subtitles on the television, got concerned after awaiting how many hours at 4:50 contacted them with my concern. A lady on the phone who didn’t seem to believe me explaining and CLAIMING they had came out and had no access. Read from a screen, they arrived at 4:00 rang mobile, weird ringing sound, no answer and no access to property as main doors were locked. YET FUNNILY ENOUGH my main doors to my apartment are always unlocked on one side and the buzzer did NOT ONCE RING. ASSUMING they had the brains to ring a buzzer as believe it or not flats DO require you to be physically buzzed in and you would have to have 0 intelligence to think otherwise. Also assuming PH jones as a professional gas service would leave some sort of a leaflet to say they had came and nobody was in… NOTHING NO SIGN. Yet I’m sure they will say the main apartment was locked which it was NOT. Again. Apparently they have to re-book within 5 days.. YET MY JOB DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO DO THAT. I work in education therefore must be AT WORK and do not have the option of working at home. I also have a toddler to care for so BELIEVE IT OR NOT have a ‘yellow brick road’ list of things to do with my WASTED time from today. I am now genuinely believing that my engineer clearly had better things he/she/they could have been doing instead of doing what I should have been doing MY JOB. He/she/they clearly got too hot and bothered in the heat and decided to pop of to the pub or somewhere nice outdoors mean whilst muggings over here sat indoors quietly. I’m sure Midland heart will now presume that I am the issue and I did not allow access because your computer system will say exactly that. Whilst on probation I’m sure Midland and heart will also sanction a warning for this, whilst I have just secured a house and made it a home for both myself and my son. So thank you very much PH JONES. I hope that beer was worth it🙏
