After using Phase for 18 months with no problems one of the remotes developed a fault. The support and customer service from Max and the team at Phase was superb. The communication online was excellent, however the issue couldn't be fixed remotely. I sent the unit back for a replacement, and the process was smooth and fast. Great company, with great after sales support. Very happy to recommend Phase.

Max helped me through the return process, explaining a repair or a replacement and was quick with replies, and very kind and helpful with his words throughout. and helping with DHL return labels.
In the end my Phase was replaced, which I am happy about as engineers decided this was for the best.

Signal Kept Dropping
Recently reached out customer support because my PHASE units were randomly and unpredictably dropping out where Sersto would automatically play in internal mode. Got a reply from Max who sent step by step instructions to disconnect and reset the base and remotes and no more issues.

I bought a phase used from another dj, and he didn't remember to unlink it from his account. A quick email to the support team fixed all of that, and, well, the product itself is bulletproof. What a great device!

Had a phase controller and the base…
Had a phase controller and the base (transmitter) had something loose in it...I reached out to phase and they moved so quickly on getting my unit repaired. The Phase staff was kind, informative, and prompt.
I really appreciate your customer service especially in these days where caring for customers is becoming a lost art.

I had problems the first time using my Phase and thought I was going to need to send them back. One side of the base was showing that it was charging, Phase manager showed the device at 100%, but it would die the second it came out of the base. Max walked me through some trouble shooting steps and a few days later I got through my 3.5 hour gig with no problems!
