Ho comprato Phase ieri e non riesco a smettere di usarlo. Super prodotto e super team! Prodotto che rispecchia al 100% le aspettative. L'azienda e il suo team , oltre che essere sempre disponibili e gentili ti seguono anche dopo la vendita che non è una cosa per niente scontata! Altamente consigliato!!!

I reached out to Phase from experiencing a major problem with djing on stages that are directly above the subs. There were a few djs having issues with the needle skipping from the vibration of the bass, except for one dj who was using Phase. Thats what sold me. From now on its Phase til do us part!

These Guys or lady’s responded Real quick I tried at first to do what they said it was a firmware problem I did that but the wrong way so the 2 time I reached out via email they responded quick again this time I took my time read what they had sent me and boom my phase B started working again thank you phase you guys made me so happy

Phase's after-sales service is second to none, I had an issue with my phase but Max & Lowell at tech support both looked after me walking me through everything as I was in good hands. if you have a problem, they'll solve it, excellent service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Having used my Phase for 2 years 3 to 4 times a week they have been an absloute game changer. No more dusty needles, no more wibbly vinyl tracking and bang on time.
Aside from me forgetting to charge them occasionally once they were set up they have worked brilliantly. Recently I did have a problem with one not charging properly and the battery was starting to swell on the other. I got in touch with customer service they were SUPER helpful and friendly. The walked me through updating the remote that wasn't charging properly (it works perfectly now) they also arranged the replacement of the one that was swelling.

Ein besonderer Lob an Lowell, den Phase Service Team Mitarbeiter, dem ich eine Email mit meinen Anliegen geschriebn hatte. Ruck Zuck war die Antwort und Lösung da und ich konnte meine Musik vollkommen geniessen und das Produkt ist Spitzenklasse!

Phase is amazing

Finally coughed up the $449 and spent an afternoon hooking Phase up to Serato, a Rane FOUR, and some Technics. It’s kind of a lot of pieces to layer together, even for veterans or pros or experienced folks, and frankly I just couldn’t find the energy to concentrate on it all for a few hours to give it the attention I knew it would need, so instead I just kept that loop open in my head for years; “I gotta check out Phase.”

What a trip. It’s basically perfect. All the joy of a 12” record with none of the skips, hums, or bungles of a physical analog turntable. It’s just unbelievable how insanely well it all works together now.

I’m so impressed, and that’s rare for me in a world where almost all hardware & software is consumer junk. Phase is legit.

Hey everyone !
I perform in a MetalCore band named “Resistor” from Long Island, NY and we tour regularly, and with touring come all types of stage situations.

While we were performing in Corpus Christi, TX the crowd was going wild tearing up the dance floor, and while we were playing someone from the crowd ran up on stage and crowd surfed, but while running on stage they fell right into me and my turntables. My coffin was hit HARD, and tho it seemed like a wild scene at the moment I had the biggest smile on my face knowing that I didn’t skip a beat while the show went on.

My Phase didn’t skip a beat, and after the show that crowd surfer came to me and apologized but I laughed and told them “no worries I got my Phase”, and then gave them a quick rundown of my setup before getting off stage.

We’ve been touring for a while and prior to my Phase setup my needles would always jump around and I would be forced to keep my eye on my needle and catch the groove each time it would fall out of place.

Plus, not only can the stages be a problem. I also play in front of huge Bass Guitar speaker cabinet and the rumbling would also jump my needle out of place, but with Phase that easily became struggle of the past and now I can rock out freely without having to worry at all.

I've been using phase for 3 years now.
From livestream Sets to large stadium shows of 80,000 people, Phase continues to be gear that I can trust.
Recently, my units cracked. To ensure that I didn't miss anytime, the support team quickly diagnosed the issues with me and I had a replacement within a week!

Phase Support is excellent.
I had an issue with one of my remotes after more than 2 years without giving me a single problem and Max in tech support promptly answered all my questions and helped me "solve" the problem.
I have to admit, although I have stylus on my turntables, I preffer Phase Dj.
You can't go wrong with these guys.
