Super rare to get such a fast response and immediate support from tech companies, but the support team put the brand on top of my list of customer focused companies

J’ai eu l’occasion de solliciter le service SAV de phase et mon interlocuteur Florian a très vite pris en charge ma demande, s’en suit un échange très pro et qui s’avère efficace.
Une équipe a l’écoute et très réactive autant des les échanges que dans le traitement du SAV.
Je suis très satisfait du retour et mon problème a été résolu dans un délai court me permettant de reprendre rapidement mes activités dj.

Ich hatte das Problem, das ich im November 24 zwei Phase Controller gekauft habe, aber erst vor einem Monat in der Lage war, die beiden Controller zu benutzen. Leider hatte einer einen Defekt, weshalb ich Kontakt zum Service aufgenommen habe. Diesen Kontakt hatte ich ausschliesslich mit Florian. Er war von Anfang bis Ende Serviceorientiert und freundlich und hat mir nach Angabe der Seriennummer umgehend angeboten den einen Controller kostenlos zu tauschen wegen eines Batterie Defekts, was durch Rücksenden des Controllers festgestellt wurde. Ich bin voll zufrieden und freue mich, das ich Phase nun endlich verwenden kann. Es macht Spaß und ist eine tolle Ergänzung für meine digitale Musik zu meiner recht kleinen 90ziger Vinyl Sammlung. My phase controllers were not holding charge and out of warranty, replaced and just in time as we hoped. Perfect. Thank you!

This product is amazing, I am a London DJ and have been a DJ since 1984. I started out on 1210s and still have some at home, I sold my cdjs as I just dont need them, I dvs and use Phase and run an S11 mixer. These guys have nailed it with this bit of tech, this is a game changer.

I’m a fan of the product already, but the customer service has brought it to another level. My remotes had lost a lot of battery power after not being used for a very long time. I reached out via the website and had a personal email the next morning. Max made it possible to get free replacement to my door within only a couple of days to make sure, I can play my upcoming gig. All that while being exceptionally friendly, caring, helpful and reassuring. Top notch customer care, thank you!!

Bought a phase a year ago and had a problem with one of the remotes… max and Lowell helped me, gave a an outstanding after sales service and solved my problem. Glad to be a phase user!

My Phase unit experienced an issue that required replacement and Lowell was very efficient getting that done for me.

Overall experience with the customer support has been amazing. I had lost my cables (both the power and RCA's) for the Phase unit. I had reached out to them for assistance in regards to getting the original cables, and they offered to send me replacement cables free of charge!

Quick response for my issue plus they make sure they solved your problem by chasing you.

Excellent help center! Even after several years, they were able to fix a minor connection problem in the main unit, for free!

Ola, aqui no Brasil a minha espectativa é muito baixa quando solicito um serviço a qualquer ramo de produto.
Sendo assim, até agora estou bastante surpreso com a resolução e resultado final da minha solicitação.
