Had a small issue setting up Phase so I emailed their Help Center to get support and they answered back within hours despite the time zone difference.

The Phase Product Specialist was able to remedy the issue quickly and was kind and polite in the process.

Customer service Is just amazing. After a quick troubleshooting they were quick to replace a non working remote. Even send me a new one after I returned the faulty one. They really stand behind their product.

I recently had an issue with my phasers because they were stuck on "Calibrating." I looked for help on YouTube but the only video i found did not offer me a solution. I then sent an email to Phaser and they promptly send me instructions to reset the phasers and they solved.the problem. The phasers is no longer stuck on Calibrating and they are working great

Phase controllers are a game changer when it comes to scratch, accurate but at the same time easy to use and super fun.
Had a problem with mine, it kept playing even when the record wasn't moving so I decided to contact the customer service. Within 3 emails they identified the issue and helped me sorting it out.
Great product and great people behind!

How long does it take for delivery and how do I find my order purchased on Friday ?

I contacted support because the product I purchased had a defect. Along the way, there were some issues with shipping and customs, but the Phase support team was incredibly polite and quick to respond.

As a result, they replaced the defective remote, and the new one works perfectly. Thanks to their excellent support, I felt reassured and am very satisfied! Their outstanding service has even made me consider purchasing another set.

I had an excellent experience dealing with the tech guy particularly Max. Thank you again. Most definitely Phase is a great tool and have a promising future

First off, I’d like to say that this product is amazing! At first I was very skeptical about how accurate it could be. I have been DJing using real vinyl and control records for 27 years so I was thinking about how accurate it could be. Took a chance and I was in love after the first day.

I ran into an issue however in the first year where the batteries in my remotes started to swell and the remotes started to crack. At that point I knew these things were too good to be true. I reached out to the support team and I was surprised how quickly they responded. They swapped out the busted remotes with an effortless process.

Here we are a little over a year later and unfortunately I ran into the same issue. Just my luck. I decided to reach out to the support team again and they were willing to work with me to make me whole once again. You definitely have me sold on Phase’s customer support!! They are one of very few companies that stands behind their products. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

All I can said their customer service are fantastic. I told them one of the battery wasn't working properly and asked me to try a few method to diagnose it.

Next I realised my warranty just expired and they said not to worry I just need to send it back to them and they will try to repair.

Less then 1 week they send me back with a new one. Totally impress how fast they react.

En tant que DJ à plein temps, j'utilise Phase à chaque prestation sans aucun souci majeur. Lorsque j'ai eu un problème avec la batterie, le support a été réactif. Max a rapidement organisé le retour et, en une semaine, j'avais un nouveau contrôleur. Leur efficacité et leur soutien continu me confortent dans le choix de leur équipement. Quatre étoiles bien méritées!

My remote stopped working, but Max at Phase provided great customer service. Clear communication, and fast back and forth shipping of products to get it fixed.
