Usually i talk with Max but i'm pretty sure that the whole customer service is very professional . A good company must have custmoer care like that.

Hi... My name is Vennice and I am a DJ and a Loyal & Satisfied user of PHASE DJ from one of the Country here in the Middle East called Kingdom Of Bahrain, I emailed PHASE because I'm having problem with the Power of my PHASE, and someone replied me named Lowell, who is the Product Specialist, so after an exchange of messages that I'm having a problem with my Phase, he ask me to send a video proving that my Phase has no power, after he saw the video and confirmed that my Phase has a big problem, he ask my Invoice with the date when I purchased it, but unfortunately my Phase is short for the WARRANTY, but he gave me an option for my problem and he sent me this link and brought me to the so called Phase Replacement Service, in which I have to send my phase and you guys will replace my phase to a new one, which make me so much happy because its says there the you guys will cover the shipping fee, although I am going to pay for 180 USD, I think it is a really reasonable price with the fact that you are going to change my PHASE to a Brand New One, :) So yeah, all in all... I am very much happy, very much satisfied with your prompt response, And as I've told Mr. Lowell that even though my PHASE is not covered the Warranty anymore, I am still very much happy with your reply with so much kindness & respect. So I wish PHASE DJ more years to come, & I hope your business will grow a lot more bigger and bigger to which I think its not impossible because all of us, your loyal customers are very much Satisfied with your services. Logged in to leave a review of my recent experience. Happen to read some of the other reviews. Not exaggerating, they're spot on. The customer service from Phase has been well worth the purchase. I was generally happy with my remotes. But recently, while djing signal would drop off and on. Reached out to the team, they responded within 24hrs. Didn't ask 1 question about my purchase or warranty. They immediately helped trouble shoot the problem. Turns out the USB cord grew old. They suggested a quick temporary fix so not to miss any dj time, then immediately sent new replacements. In an era where integrity, and principles seem lost, competent business with character stands out big. Will not hesitate to purchase or recommend Phase in the future.

The remotes work so perfectly that using turntables is finally a good option again without the problems with needles, skips or carrying all your vinyls to a gig.

The customer services is outstanding as they replaced a remote which had an expanding battery after more then 3 years.

Thank you for your after-sales assistance; otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to continue using such an excellent product. The after-sales service was excellent. Although I couldn't find the sales receipt due to some reason, PHASE TEAM still helped me. Thank you Max, thank Phase Team.

Phase, took care of my company's issue with one of the phasedj remotes, it stop transmitting...I contact customer service...who responded on how to determine what the issue is...when it was the charging ability, they said that they can repair it, I sent the remotes to them and they return to me refurbished remotes! Without a doubt..I will recommend the Phasedj to everyone, not only because of the performance of the remotes, but because of the customer service and Phasedj refurbished program!

Phase’s customer service is truly exceptional.

Idiot me forgot the Phase controllers on the turntables and forcefully closed the case over top, causing the center metal spindle to be pushed out and had charging/seating issues after. Contacted Support and had the pleasure of working with Max who responded very quickly (1-business day), providing access to repair services. Got the refurbished controllers back within a week of shipping from Canada to France, good as new. I am a fan for life - Thank you!

There was a slight hiccup with shipping but Phase exceeded my expectations to resolve it. That's really the best way to judge a company - how do they deal with a problem.
Also, the kit is working happily with Serato. It's a neat modern solution for digital control on top of traditional turntables.
