I’ve been a Dj for over 20 years

I’ve been a Dj for over 20 years. I have purchased all the gear you can imagine. With that being said issues occur from time to time. I contacted phase about issues I was having with my unit. They were extremely patient & helpful. Ultimately had to send my phase back for repair . Unfortunately my warranty expired. Phase company acknowledged this and still worked on my phase unit fixing what was wrong sending it back to me to use. I couldn’t believe this type of service still exists. I never write reviews however this should not go unnoticed. I can’t say enough about their Phase, their product, & service. No company has brought a smile to my face after telling me my warranty is expired. I full support phase 100 percent

What a great company …

What a great company customer service is second to none one of my remotes failed after 4 years and after max tried to help me sort it they replaced it free of charge I wish other companies took note not only do I have an exceptional product the service is the same

Phase Remote Troubleshooting

Had issues connecting one of the remotes. Team was able to help identify the issue and was responsive and found a solution. Remote is now working. Thanks!

So I brought a second hand unit from…

So I brought a second hand unit from ebay and had issues from the start. After emailing the team it's safe to say that my issue was found and resolved very quickly and professionally by the team and it turned out that my issue was me and manuals and instructions.
Thank you again Phase team for your help I appreciate your time and patience with me.
Will be recommending this device to a few mates with turntables

I've owned their product for over two years now and I'm very satisfied. Amazing technology. And they know how to take care of their customers. Much approved!

La garantie pièce défectueuse fonctionne très bien chez phase.

Bonjour, je tiens à laisser ce message pour la qualité et le service retour en effet j ai rencontré un problème avec mon matériel et le service garantit ma envoyer un nouveau mixfader donc je confirme que les produits phase sont bien garantit en cas de défaut et il ma fallut attendre moins de 1 semaine pour recevoir mon produit en tout cas bravo pour le professionnalisme .

I Love Phase!

I’ve had my Phase since preorder and it has always been fantastic. Recently I had an issue and reached out for assistance and it was handled with attentiveness and professional that is not common nowadays. They went above and beyond to make sure the issue was taken care of 100%. I was not expecting such an effort and am extremely satisfied with this company. Definitely will be a lifetime supporter of Phase.

I recently sold my device

I recently sold my device, no technical issues and overall was a great product. I had to reach out to support when the buyer reported the device is still registered to me. Max @phasedj helped out to release the device form my account. Great service met my expectations.
