Phase actually changed the way I interact with my turntables using a DVS setup. The overall experience is, right now, unrivalled. It is simply great: it works like a charm, so much better than you can initially expect. I can not think of djing without. Regarding the support, it is excellent and unsurpassed: first of all, they are so responsive that they answer in almost real time (even considering that we are in different time zones!); they are kindle, focused on your need and provide top level, high quality answers to any question you may have. Five stars, only because I can not add anything more than that. Keep up the excellent work!

Tout le monde sais que phase est un produit de qualité et très ingénieux.
Mais il n'y a pas de bon produit sans un support a la hauteur ! Une remonte est tombée en panne : celle ci m'a été remplacé gratuitement (sauf frais de port a l'envoie) en une semaine ! Merci a Max pour son aide et sa rapidité !

Got a problem with one remote after not using them for quite a while. The helpdesk ws quick to reply and clear. FOllowed the instructions and it did the job. QUite rare these days to get such a personal assistance from tech companies !!!

I recently had an issue with a remote where the team at Phase worked quickly to try and identify a fix. Following a few unsuccessful attempts using software the unit was returned to their HQ and although being outside of warranty they resolved the issue for me! Big thanks to the team and Max for the support.

absolutely world class customer service, let alone making revolutionary products. I had a missing pin issue on my Phase MVM controller and the team was very prompt to respond and diagnose the issue and provide a solution for replacement outside of warranty. incredible communication and constantly following up left me with probably the best customer service experience I've ever received.

Product is amazing. I had a problem with one of the remotes a couple of years after purchase. Beig out of guaranty per weeks, they replace me the device for free anyway.
Super fast responding (in same day for every email I wrote).

Customer service for phase is great. Lowell was extremely, helpful, knowledgable and sympathetic to my issues with their product. He was extremely detailed in the instructions he gave me, and walked me through each step of the way till we got the issue fixed. He even assured me that he would continue helping me until it was fixed.

What made my experience great was the customer service i have received in order to get my issues resolved. The staff at phase are very patient and are definitely experienced of the issues that could potentially happen. I had issues getting the manager to load, and issues with my battery not charging on one of my phase units. I bought my phase second. Hand so wanting to start using my phase asap was hindered because of these issues. But for every issue I had the team at phase was able to quickly solve it, with step by step instructions and video GIFs. I was really happy with the service.
