After a very frustrating experience setting up and initially using my phase, I decided to contact their support team. Max was super helpful in walking me through the steps that I needed to take in order to achieve the performance that I expected from the phase needles. I am beyond pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend this product to any dj thinking of trying it.

Was having an issue with one of my remote, the Phase team guided me through troubleshooting steps. Tried it and didn’t work and after sending some videos of the behaviour of my remote, without any hesitation, got me to send back the faulty remote without and cost. And they exchange a brand new remote. The whole process took ard a week. Kiddos to Lowell and the phase team. Now I am able to enjoy dj without issues.

Early days, but it seems a solid piece of kit.
I initially had problems with the setup on my Mac, but this was resolved quickly by Lowell at Phase. This was a setting/ instruction that hadn't been included on the sites guide. I believe this is going to be added to their instructions.
Overall, very pleased with the product as well as the support given. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

LOVE Phase! Upon receiving them, I updated them, charged them, and gave it a thorough testing. I discovered one of my remotes had a battery issue so I reached out to the Support team.

Max is a total superstar. Hes understanding and truly wanted to help find a solution. In the end, through troubleshooting, it was identified I might have had a faulty remote so Max coordinated the exchange.

I'm all good now. Respect to Phase!

My initial Phase had some connection issues, i reached out and had great support from the Phase team and they ended up sending me a new Phase. Its been working great and love how the Phase handles while dj-ing.

Love Phase! great way to make use of your turntables digitally. there is no delay with scratching and is just exactly the same as using vinyl.

excellent support from the Phase team esp. Max. quick replies. instructions were given to reset the remotes and when it finally narrowed down to hardware issue, replacement was couriered ASAP. works like a dream now. awesome product.
