There were lots of scratches on it, the outlines are very roughly cut, and there are air bubbles everywhere.
Very disappointing, for that price!!

I ordered 6 pieces on December 1 and received them in late January and no communication so was nervous it was a scam but I got the prices and LOVE them - well crafted and look amazing !

Ordered a custom perspective view. Upon receiving the proof, I asked for some additional detail to be added. The second proof was excellent and the final product was even better. Very high quality and nicely done. Can't recommend Petrolvibes enough for your choice in wall art.

Having read a selection of previous reviews we elected to proceed with the purchase. Our purchasing experience was nothing but positive. Ordered just a few weeks before Christmas and as indicated in some reviews did not expect to receive within any sort of superfast time frame. The item arrived, well packaged, 5 weeks after ordering. I believe that was more than acceptable given the time of year. Very happy with the product and service.

The product itself was great, exactly as described. However, the typical processing time for my order (They said max 15 days) was exceeded excessively. My order was not shipped until over a month after I ordered, double the 15 days they advertise. I had to reach out to them multiple times to get updates, which were vague and not all that helpful. Never once did they reach out to me explaining the delay. It was the fact I had to reach out and ask and they were not keeping me updated. The product did arrive eventually, although if I hadn't had to hassle them with several emails I'm not sure I'd have it right now.

What a fantastic piece of art. I bought an F1 race track for my son as a housewarming gift. It took a little longer to ship than I expected, from what I understood on the website it would take two weeks to make. I was starting to worry week 4, but that's when I started getting the tracking emails about it shipped. Beautiful and unique! The only thing I'm disappointed in is the little bits of plastic around the edges. I feel it could have been sanded better.

I ordered a custom neon sign for a Christmas gift. As soon as I submitted the order, I realized the site had pre-populated my old address. With no way of cancelling or retrieving the order, in a panic, I immediately sent an email to the company.
It took a couple of days before I received a response from the customer service representative, but she assured me my address had been corrected.
A few weeks had gone by and I was getting concerned the order would not be here on time, so I reached out to the customer service representative and once again she was very helpful.
Over the next few weeks, and with emails back and forth, she continued to provide production details, lead times and kept me up to date. With the production completion date being so close, and combined with the Christmas holidays, many shipping carriers experience significant delays during the Christmas peak period and she couldn't guarantee the order would arrive by Christmas. She provided me with a personalized gift card that I could give my husband on Christmas morning letting him know a custom gift was on the way.
It arrived a few weeks after New Years, but it was well worth the wait as it turned out awesome.
The quality of the product and the exceptional customer service was so impressive it outweighed any disappointment I had with the sign being late.
I’m already thinking of placing another!

Very nice final product.
Amazing quality and possibility of choice.
However it took some times to arrive.
It supposed to be a Christmas present and it needed 2 Months to reach the destination.

Great Product but DO NOT EXPECT IT ANYTIME SOON! Ordered early December for a Christmas gift, got it late January!!!! Shipping alone took over a week from Eastern Europe!!! Great Marking and ad campaign blitz, but delivery and delays in communication were offputting. Order with extreme caution.

Beautifully made, a wonderful gift. I highly recommend buying one of these for anyone who loves their car

If I could give a half star I would. This has been a nightmare. I ordered this way before Christmas and I had no idea it was coming internationally. I would have waited until after the holidays.
When it did show up it had been damaged during shipping. I am never ordering here again and I do not recommend ordering from them at all.

The metal Lamborghini wall art arrived with one thin layer of cardboard on the top and one thin layer on the back, which the stand-offs protruded through. No padding, no extra reinforcement to prevent bending.
Additionally, the order arrived 31 calendar days after ordering. If you don’t want to roll the dice on packaging protection and you don’t want to wait a month, look elsewhere. This arrived slightly bent and with a red color on the black powder coating that was difficult to remove.

i was told it would be here before Christmas, it was delivered jan 20th, but the power cord and the sign itself both came broken, i’ve reached out twice now with both times being unanswered

2 silhouettes were ordered on Dec. 8th and delivered on January 20. The same day I ordered on the 8th, I immediately (within 1 hour after reading reviews) emailed back and said if they can't be delivered by Christmas, please cancel the order. The relpy the next day said they were already in production and couldn't be cancelled. Actual product is fine...smaller than I invisioned...but fine.

Received a bill from Federal Express and Homeland Security for custom charges. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered a light up track on December 3rd. Three weeks later I still hadn’t received any update. I finally reached out on January 3rd and I received tracking information. When it arrived, I was surprised that the lights were plastic and not glass. However, they look very nice and the track detail is excellent. Sadly, the hanger broke off the back when we were removing the plastic cover sheet. We now have to glue it back on and the glue will be visible.

Easy purchase and glad I chose 32" design. Order confirmation lacked details (hoped this was not a scam company). Package toured Europe before making its way to the USA. Once in USA, it was delivered within 3 days. Item was in great shape and great addition to F1 themed room. Plan for 6 weeks for delivery but I am thankful that I ordered. Suggestion - connect order number with contact at various stages: order accepted, production status, shipped.

You will not regret having your art work done by Petrovibes. Their craftsmanship is excellent and they work they do is fantastic. You will not regret buying from them. They take a while but it is worth the wait.

The quality of the race track LED wall mount itself is absolutely outstanding. The track design, frame, and lighting all exceeded my expectations—it looks incredible on the wall and feels very well made. From a product standpoint, I couldn’t be happier.

That said, the process of getting it was a bit challenging. After placing my order, I emailed to request that shipping be delayed until a specific date since I was traveling. Once it did ship, the package took longer than expected to arrive and unfortunately showed up damaged, and it was also missing the wall plug needed for installation.

I reached out to the company about the issue, and while it took about a week of back-and-forth (it was around the holidays), they ultimately made it right in a big way. They built a brand new track for me, shipped it out faster than expected, and it arrived in perfect condition. The replacement experience really showed that they stand behind their product.

Overall, while it was a bit of a process, the end result was well worth it. The track is amazing, customer support followed through, and I’m very happy with the purchase. I’d definitely recommend them, just with the understanding that communication and logistics may take a little patience.
